Bought this kit but haven’t done it yet since it’s too cold outside for the ceramic coating to correctly set. Does it really matter if it’s too cold or should i wait until it gets above 60 degrees

It works. It's awesome. But it definitely doesn't take 20 seconds. More like 20 to 30 minutes

I use these often. As a detailer, they're the best I've used.

Typically these kind of products don't work well but this is one that absolutely does. My lenses look brand new now. For how cheap it is it's absolutely worh it

This is an amazing product! I am not handy at all and still my headlights now look good as new. I had my doubts after the step 2 sanding but step 3 blew me away. Highly recommended

Do I have to wait for the 2 hour cure time before adding the second coat?

I used the kit today. In hindsight, I presume that it's really intended for headlights that have not been restored in the past. Years ago, I did so on my (now) 20 year old vehicle using another method and some sort of wipe-on coating that I bought at my local auto parts store. The wipes in Step 1 didn't remove much yellow (not even the 1st one of 4). Step 2 did remove a lot more. Overall, they look a lot better. I'm not complaining, just putting this out there for comment/discussion.

Just curious.. what would happen if I used one of the ceramic wipes on my paint that has some swirl marks. Would it actually "fill" them like the scratches on the headlights?

I just used this on my 2006 Lexus ES330, I’m completely shocked at how well it works. It literally looks like I have new headlights, my car looks so much better now.

I have seen nothing about this and I have seen nothing from Cerakote about this. How is the chemical resistance on this coating compared to the other main coatings out there?

I guess that when applying the final sealer coat it is best to go slow and steady with moving the wipe applicator over the surface ? Then will it smear and not level if you try to go over it again ? So better not to miss anything as you are moving the wipe across ? I think it takes more than one hour to fully cure- maybe several days? Better to keep it dry and away from any source of dust/pollen for at least overnight ? And remember that condensation/dew can make it wet at night even under a clear sky during certain weather conditions (if the car is outside) If weather/climate is not cooperating maybe take the headlight bucket out of the car to treat it?

I have just tried it and my headlights now look much better. I totally recommend it.

I tried out the new V2 Version of your Ceramic Coating on a Bentley and a Porsche after Detailing them. I must say, I was impressed by the ease of use, while applying the coating. It was super easy to buff off and easy to spot high-spots. It was by far the slickest coating I used and I tried many (10+) in the past few years. I will be ordering a 12-pack soon 🤩

I have some high polished aluminum wheels. Will this work for protecting them as well?

Jist soend a good time with the 3000grit trying to get any scratches out I could notice some under certain abgles when finished

A clean cheep paintbrush works good to get the last water out of the crevices. You may think it's dry but move a paintbrush around and you'll find some water.

I missed some spots. Can i reapply all over the trim after a week?

(Suggestion) add a step to the kit or an option to use a fine polishing compound creme with a special wipe or with something that fits onto the sandpaper holder to finely polish the surface before the final rinse and drying wipe as the final stage of preparing the headlight to receive the clearcoat/sealer

Just used it on my 2013 Honda CRV and I couldn't believe the difference! Definitely recommend it!

Ok. This would have more believable if you rinsed after ever "wash." I bet this video gets taken down Cerakote.
