I recently rewarched the Eastrail 177 trilogy. Unbreakable is one of my all time favourite movies, and I actually still really enjoy Glass.

I liked it one of the better in the series, but the cult segment in number 2 will always be the best one in my opinion

It was pretty amazing all the special effects. The practical effects and all the stories were solid. The only one I really didn't like was the Fur babies but it was still good.

Unbreakable is the best in your haul. It's my second favorite M. Night, a close runner-up to Signs. Those two war films are sensational. Mel Gibson's direction and Andrew Garfield's acting for Hacksaw Ridge are mind-blowing. Nice to see a female movie collector! Congrats on your success.

I loved the film, but the censorship kind of had me confused especially since the trailers seemed to be uncensored? 🤔 I feel like some things were rushed, mainly the “loophole”, but I’m half expecting the physical release to be uncut with some unseen footage/director cut.

I’m hyped! I love the V/H/S movies. Ya sure some of the movies are better than others but they are all worth watching! I think the only one I don’t rewatch is V/H/S/Viral (the one with the magician short) that one just did not understand the assignment. 😂

i just googled if there’s a new movie coming out while on company time and IM SO EXCITED. IM A HUGE FAN OF THIS MOVIE SERIES (except VIRAL, i may need to rewatch since i haven’t seen since release)

It got a 6.75-7/10 from me. The callbacks were good, there was some good action with Andy being the stand out character, but the CGI on the character you mentioned was atrocious. Plus, I hated the element which set up the ending (which was just a worse version of Alien Resurrection's 3rd act). Would I watch it again? I think i would, but it would only be to make my own fan edit of it.

Too many homages and that one VFX bit you mentioned was so bad it pretty much ruined the film for me. Great performances, excellent practical effects and cinematography, killer score, but a 3* out of 5 for me.

Really loved this and agree it's great to see a vampire movie where the vampire is a real force of (un)nature and isn't easily overcome by some of the obvious tropes. In fact the use of some of the _less_ used vampire lore powers in this was really good to see. Not a fan of *all* horror styles so hadn't seen the lead actrss from *Scream* before but agree she was superb and deserves to be a big star outside any genre limits in future if she wants; she'd do well in any action role I think. Obviously it's each to their own but I hope your view of the ending improves on rewatch because personally I thought it was excellent, with my take on it being that my one problem was going to be I couldn't see them coming up with an ending I thought the characters deserved and that I'd like *BUT* staying pretty true to those characters. As it was, each time there was one of your 'false endings' I was "Oh, that's the one they chose; well I'd have preferred better though I can't logically think of one", then another "Oh, they've changed it to another one I thought of and is logical, but it doesn't make me super happy"... then they did the actual ending and (whilst maybe not 100% logical) I really _liked_ the one they chose,

Love your haul

Brilliant film but the main villain wasn't that interesting, and the cgi blood looked fake at time's but the story was great and it was brilliant seeing Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman again as these character's.

I loved it, I've seen it twice now, I hope there is a Gambit spinoff film

The Planet of the Apes trilogy would be nice..

The reviews I've seen so far have all praised it. Being a huge fan of the original (especially of the late Bill Paxton and Mark Mancina's awesome score), I do want to go see it, but I'm still a bit apprehensive. I might go watch it next weekend.
