There's just no way you can apply and work in the relaxer in the allotted time that the manufacturers' directions tells you to!! It's just impossible...

Back N The Day They Didn't Shampoo Black Hair Before Curl Application

There seemed to be some overlapping, but you got the job done. I used to wait a little longer. I have a mole in my head, so I stop using relaxers for that reason,it started to grow and get irritated. I use a vegan keratin treatment now!Its been over 3 years and no irrtation yet,but this helps me get through the summer.

You grow that beautiful natural hair to run back to a chemical that breaks off your hair and is harmful to your body this broke off so many peoples hair once they got tired of it it’s beautiful don’t get me wrong but count the cost!!! You will have to cut off your hair to get rid of it take it from me I’ve had a hair license for 30 years!!

6-8 weeks are not long enough for a lot of new growth. I used to relax every 6 months. If I relax again, I will research different methods
