The Stressful drive into Centro Tijuana, Mexico from the USA. Secret Shortcut? 🇲🇽
This drive was done in September of 2024. During a short period, news came out that the pedestrian border crossing had become extremely difficult, requiring money and multiple forms of ID to be presented by Everyone who is Not a Mexican citizen/resident. This has now stopped & the pedestrian crossing is back to normal.
Thank you to King Achiever for driving. He has been documenting his journey of getting a hair transplant. His TH-cam channel is www.youtube.com/@kingachiever

The walk from Downtown, Tijuana to the Border After sunset! SAFE OR NOT?! 🇲🇽
มุมมอง 1.3K6 หลายเดือนก่อน
This was recorded on June 5th, 2024. Considering that this walk was done so much later in the day, many businesses were already closed. Even in the day, these streets are deserted in comparison to main streets such as Revolution, Plaza Rio and the fancy areas by Hipodromo. As for comments and contact: I will not be responding to any comments, unless you happen to be someone I know personally. O...

The WORST route from Zona Norte, Tijuana México to the border 🇺🇸 🇲🇽 NOT SAFE!

We walked the worst possible route that exists when leaving downtown Tijuana Mexico, passing through the Zona Norte Red Light District then going on a dangerous narrow bridge back to the U.S.A.

Thank you for watching!
Great video. It's always a pleasure to talk about the lifestyle of Tijuana, Mexico.
Thank you so much for watching!
And that's why I leave a car in the U.S and one in TJ ❤
Thank you for watching!
@@andrewcx have you looked into the new deal with crossing the border walking??
Yes, I actually wrote about it in the description of this video!
Apparently they are implementing more technology @ the pedestrian border crossing to help reduce the line and enforce the collection of our dollars.
@@andrewcx apparently they're soon to adapt new "technology" to assist with the long lines and collections of our dollars 💰
when taking an Uber to cross back, What is the farthest the Uber will take you and how far is the walk from that stop to the cross? (at what point of your video?)
When the crossing into Mexico was at Ped West the Plaza was much busier. There is no risk at any hour walking through the old Plaza. It is sad the Plaza is dying now.
You never really said why this walk is "risky." Good video!
Rewatch and listen closely if you want.
Sorry for bothering you. I enjoyed the video. I used to make this walk from time to time back in the 70s, and it wasn't foreboding per se.
I was there 2 weeks ago. I’m not a fan of that city. Very dirty
Great interview and insight.
HK addict much ? Lol jk bro
Addict? HK? What does that mean???

Listening to this in Tijuana as a Mexican-american enjoying both worlds thank you God
Bro its called carrilla. More like razzing you. Teasing you. Not to be taken personally
Didn't look all that risky?
Smoking is unhealthy And Is NOT the image NOR likeness 4 The Children of GOD Sincerity GOD's Angel and Warrior
No
Problebly ia risky for you cuz you look for trouble TJ is safe I feel safer them back in LA
Do you need a permit to get in?
No, but it is a good idea to have some form of ID on you.
Walking into Mexico and to the shuttle/limo that will take me to Zona Norte is that walk down the ramp safe at 10pm during the week? If not is there an alternate entry such as Uber from the US direct to the location I’m going to in Zona Norte?
That ramp leaving Mexican customs into Tijuana is 100% safe. No need to take an Uber or service that will cross you from the US.
Robbed is a problem
Poland is sick!!!
I saw these guys getting rowdy at CHAVELA'S and slamming down shots !!
I dont believe any of his stories about being punched.
Quit smoking
is ADELITA'S still closed?
I walked that twice daily in the mid 90's-early 2000's, never had much problems. Now, I wouldn't dare!
Great Video
LOL so you went in a circle? You left the U.S. side to turn right, walk up the hill to enter the Mexican side? I've been parking in the San Ysidro border and walking across since 2007 at the height of the Cartel war in Tijuana. I have gone every month since then. Walking is so much safer than driving, everyone that drives over alot has been robbed by someone or cops and 2 cases killed by someone. They look for California plates, they are targets. In all my years of walking however I have been robbed by cops twice both times Federalis, but ever since they turned them into National Guard I have had zero issues. In 2007 there was too much room for corrupt cops, there were Municipal police, tourist police, Fedralis and National guard, literally 4 agencies to do the same job. Ever since they cut that down its been great.
Tijuana es mi corazón
You guys are off the wall, Look like a criminal? so you can tell by someone's looks? if there criminals, you see those posters all over the US. of missing. there's over 600.000 people who go missing in the U.S. yearly, probably a bunch of dunking American on there way back to the U.S. taking a pee, straggling Mexican shop in those place, what do you think? just Americans, Mexico dont have a bunch of homeless like the U.S. in your wildest imagination, more then, like NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU walking or setting and people just dont point at someone and claim they committed a crime, the police know how to find out, so stop exaggerating and Tijuana is not the most dangerous city in the world U.S. B.S., its the most visited city in the world, (google it) becouse the San Diego/Tijuana legal port of entry is the busiest and most crossed border in the world, businesses are closing lift and right for labor shortages and high prices in the U.S., and these Click videos always ask, !is it safe! is it safe! is it dangerous! to get you to open there $$$ Click videos, if so bad why are Americans invading Mexico to live a better economic life, stop the spinning and the cops are not going to bother you unless acting stupid or drunk out of your mind, then they could question you, your at the wrong time and day yet another spin there lots of traffic and lots of traffic at the border crossing mostly Americans clogging up the borders, during Covid lots of businesses where close did Mexico dry up and blow away no it didn't, there a lot more to Mexico then tourist Mexico is a worldwide vacation destination and the U.S. dont like it becouse there taking all there tourism away, that's why they bad mouth Mexico and for your information the border was not closed for Covid and the U.S. had a much higher rate of Covid then Mexico, the U.S. had the highest rate of covid in the world and there's no proof it come from China (google it) (Corana-19 Coronavirus statistics worldometer) also look up (China and the 24 lies about Covid) I have lived in Tijuana for 47 years
