Sonic Mania - Alternate Blue & Green Special Stage Route
มุมมอง 3317 ปีที่แล้ว
This is the route I used to perfect Sonic Mania's blue & green spiral special stage. Normally you have to keep making tighter and tighter turns as you go faster, but through some nifty jumping at the beginning you can go from the inside-out instead, giving you more time to prepare for turns as you get faster. It makes the stage less tedious at the start, as a bonus. The jumps at the beginning a...
Edega being dragoon was plot twist of the century
This is probably one of my favortie FF14 songs, even though I don't even play the game. I actually first heard it playing Theatrhythm Final Bar Line on Switch, and it's such a great song, I even managed to clear it on Supreme difficulty. Didn't do well, but I cleared it. Anyway, amazing level! I wouldn't be able to clear this one either probably, but it's super well done with all the custom sprites and mechanics!
god DAMN this is badass
I never saw Edega being a gamer coming. huh.
0:01
Richard uses : suicide nat 20!
200th time watching this (for almost a year)
did edega just kill steal >.>
1:20 But the cold notes were released like... 1 week ago... how?
Freezeshots have actually been available in the editor for years, so they're in a bunch of customs! It was nice to see them officially introduced in act 5 after so long
I always wonder how these custom levels are made because they look like it’s an animation instead
This is perfect in every way oh my god
I love the samurai using the dj skin
This is severly underrated.
I fear no song But, that chart, It scares me
I love how the Samurai triggered limit break but then the Dragoon just killed the boss with a little poke anyway.
1:16 best part
this got me into ffxiv lol....
why does the girl with the sword look like she is enjoying stabbing the ground? lol
i adore everything about this
Miitopia
dragoon representation finally..
Info for FFXIV-only viewers: Rhythm Doctor is a rhythm game played by hitting a key whenever a character's heartbeat monitor reaches the 7th beat (the yellow section). The DRK on the bottom calls for you to press the key on a steady rhythm indicated by the spotlights. All of the other visuals like the characters moving around is just for show, adding challenge in obscuring what's going on. The black haired guy playing SCH is Ian, an avid gamer as well as a doctor, and the DRG is being played by his no-nonsense boss Edega, who is giving Ian a hard time for gaming during business hours. The SAM and DRK are played by other hospital patients. Info for Rhythm Doctor-only viewers: The group are playing through the Final Fantasy 14 dungeon The Twinning. Edega is playing as a damage dealer that looks like Richard But A Catboy, while Ian is playing a healer that looks like himself. Edega is playing very poorly, possibly on purpose to teach Ian a lesson. The big robot at the end is a time machine, hence all the time slowdowns going on there. At the end the Samurai attempts to do a big dramatic attack called a Limit Break, but the Lancer preempts him by getting the killing blow first, winning the fight but with a wet fart.
To be honest, I feel like Edega isn't trying to screw Ian over. From the dialogue, I get the assumption that Edega is curious as to what Ian and the patients play (particularly Ian who was playing "on company equipment, in company time") and got in since he had a good amount of free time.
@@spacetophat7607this level definitely makes Edega a bit more human compared to the main game story
as a rhythm heaven viewer-- what's a savage rage?
@@mystryvexyll In FFXIV, every expansion has a series of bosses that 8 players fight against. After beating them you can take on extra difficult versions of all those fights, and those are called Savage Raids. They're some of the most difficult fights in the game, surpassed only by Ultimate Raids. Given how badly we see Edega play in this dungeon, which is relatively easy content, savage raids are going to be hopeless, and since Ian is a healer it'll be especially hard for him.
@@watchmp100 Act 5 of Rhythm Doctor showed that Edega is a fair bit more sinister than he seemed back when I made this, yeah. Still think I would've wrote him the same, though.
I'm the opposite of most of the comments: I 100% beat rhythm doctor but I have no clue what is ff14 (or more so the story). I'm getting none of these references lol 💀
A lot of people talking about the DRK animation for unleash and DRG floor tanking. But another cute detail is the tank actually using mitigations in 1:17 . Notice as well that the cast is on a “rattle” beat meaning you have purposefully miss the next hit which could signify downtime for dps. Doesn’t make sense though since TBN is an oGCD, but still a neat touch.
Wait this went hard holy shit
Way too much effort was put into this, I am in awe
HOW DID YOU PLAY THIS MASTERPIECE??? That looks impossibleeee
OMG, MY SIDES, SPLIT. I was just showing this masterpiece to a friend and then I noticed what's going on in the background around 1:44 DED, 100%
Richard be the kind of guy to forget to commend someone Either that or he'd be too egotistical to commend someone
It just occurred to me that this was (or had to be) multiplayer. There were way too many beats hitting at the same time as holds for that not to be the case.
every level is singleplayer unless the heartbeat rows are indicated in Red and Blue (differentiates between P1 and P2), it is revealed later in the game that every heartbeat auto hits while a hold is happening! you only need to press all the other beats again once you release the hold
Welcome to The Twinning. There is only one rule here: Turn up the BGM and all other audio down
yooo the president games really hard 🔥🔥🔥
Tek! Hit like original
Tonk tonk! Hit 2
Tonk! Hit 1
Get set one:from muse dash hit 2nd beat Get set two: hit 2nd and 3rd beat Vroooom! :hit space on 2 3 4 5 7 beat
Hit 7th beat Oneshot:hit at 2nd beat Hold:each is 2 beat and hold till 7th to 8th beat Fastshot:goes fast not on x
Plot twist: Edega knows how to play ffxiv and plays the game regularly on his free time …. He’s just purposely screwing up to punish Ian
"Edwgmrmgf Mgwrmgyl" is the president's name
lol dragoon
-Imagine this but with every single character in RD-
this is genuinely amazing
2 of my favourite games! <3
LIIIIIIII..... MIIIIIIIIIIT.... BUUUUUUU... REEEE- *ja-ja-ja-jaaaaaaan! Boss dead!* XD the salty SAM look is HILARIOUS
As someone who plays both Rhythm Doctor and FFXIV, this was really good! Well done man
93 subscriber person
Looks like no one in the party noticed the DRG is a bot
It looked so official
even DRG here keeps dying and jumping away lmao
As a fan of both ffxiv and rhythm doctor, the amount of effort and love put into this level is absolutely incredible. Well done, just amazing
