you have to use new Copper seals. i would replace every seal of the injector, and if possible use an ultrasonic cleaning bath for them aswell

Meanwhile i have a question i changed the injector seals everything is ok, but now i have oil leak under 2nd injector, its coming from injector sitting plastic cover. I wonder if can i change the plastic injector sitting without taking out the whole gasket cover like in this video? Can i take it by taking out injector only? I bought the plastic injector sitting "seal" but i wonder if i should start doing it at all. Im sure i have damaged it, because 2nd injector was stuck. Cheers!

Il manque beaucoup de chose dans cette vidéo mais j’apprécie la qualité du remplacement de la courroie néanmoins si on doit trouver le calage original il faut les piges de calage d’arbre à came qui sont au nombre de 2 ainsi que la pige calage vilebrequin ( dans le cas ou un calage a été perdu )

Having seen you strugle to remove number teo injector,l think some high temp ceramic grease would be very advisable for the bottom section of the fuel injectors. Not on the nozzle tip but above this area ,where you had the corrosion sizure issue with number two.

what other seals need to be replaced besides the oil cooler seals and the oil filter housing seals??

that engine sucks only problems with it and found many videos withm many ppl sayd the same , best diesel engine you can go is the same renault engine that dacia duster has and renualt clio and many nissan wear

there are alot of things you left out in this video. If anyone else is looking to do this job remember to check if you have springy metal o rings in your injector seals that connect on the top. I had to disassemble everything twice because I was missing one from the old seals and couldnt find it anywhere. Also replace copper washer, that goes on the injector. If yours are badly carbed up I recommend some pliers to gently remove the old ones and before you take it out completely do some circles close to the tip of the nozzle, that way you have an easier time putting the new one back in. and if you are wondering which way the copper washer goes in, it goes in the flatter side towards the injector. Also what the f is the torque spec for the fuel rail?

What type of grease are you using for the injectors?

Good video. But if the route cause to your timing chain or tensioner fail is ignored. It will return. Ok its normal on poorly maintained high miles engines. But try this. Remove your oil filter in morning before cold start. If its dry as a bone showing no signs off being immersed in oil seconds before. You have oil run back to sump. Causing dry starts. Firstly check all filter stem o rings. Good. If ok. You could have issues with valve in oil cooler manifold. Some say its a oil cooler thermostat. Others say oil pressure regulator. But if you remove it. Its a cap with a long plastic stick with a spring loaded. Bullet shaped end. More like a anti run back valve. And its directly in feed to oil filter supply.

Hey Bro Great video! I’ve replaced injector rubber grommets but still leaks. I’ve done your test and looks like leak is coming from stretch bolt seal… is that possible? Also, after performing test by blocking crankshaft ventilation pipe I’ve started experiencing lots of white smoke and also smoking from flange between turbo and DPF. Scanning no errrors and smoke from exaust pipe/flange comes and goes, not consistent. Is it possible that by blocking ventilation pipe I’ve pushed some oil into turbo?
