Church Street Listed Building Fire Aftermath.
Late November 2024 I ventured into the grounds of the recent listed building fire on Church Street in Preston. Whilst there I discovered a hell proof fire extinguisher which could prove useful in the afterlife. I also climbed the fire escape of the old Mokai nightclub and admired the view. Apologies for excessive wind noise which completely decimated some of the audio hence occasional overdubbed dialogue. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend.🔥🚒🧯

Animate Project: November 2024 Update.
มุมมอง 7014 วันที่ผ่านมา
At the start of this month I made a short movie documenting the progress of The Animate Project in Preston. I'm actually quite impressed with the overall layout and design. I especially look forward to exploring the car park one day, more so than the rest of the complex!🤓😎 Thanks for watching and have a great weekend.
The Backyards Of Vernons Mill Houses... And A House!
มุมมอง 35128 วันที่ผ่านมา
This August I returned to the area of one of my earliest urbex missions, the site of Vernons Mill. It's now demolished, however, the associated residential properties remain, albeit in derelict conditions. I only managed to gain entry to one property although I successfully explored all the available backyards and outhouses. It became quite tense towards the end when a group of youths entered t...

Another cycling video experiment, not as exciting as the speed run down Brockholes Brow but kind of interesting if you are into this kind of thing. Don't feel obliged to watch if you are only here for my urbexes of course. I'm only uploading this as an experimental video to see how it performs. Thanks for watching and your continuous support. Epic Fail At Ribbleton Tram Station
มุมมอง 393หลายเดือนก่อน
This is probably one of the worst videos I've ever made, consider it an album filler / B-side film. In July this year I failed to enter an old farmhouse in Ribbleton which is set to become a tram station. I managed however, to become trapped in a small enclosure built alongside. Did I escape?... Find out in this urbex short.
God's Car Showroom On Watling Street Road
มุมมอง 1.6K2 หลายเดือนก่อน
On July 29th this year I found a way into Sharoe Green Garage which used to be a car salesroom and repair shop on Watling Street Road in Fulwood. Join me as I discover Marvin the Paranoid Android from Hitchhikers, a Faraday cage, God's number plate, a climbable ladder, another safe... and as usual, a broken toilet! Have a great weekend. (B.t.w. I forgot to take the roll of tape, SMH).

มุมมอง 1012 หลายเดือนก่อน
On Saturday 21-9-2024 I recorded highlights of the Lancashire Encounter Torchlight Procession which lasted about 2 hours. An old vacuum cleaner, a bucket, Elvis Presley, some people wearing silly clothes, an FPV drone and multiple rocket launches feature in my latest epic production. Apologies for the less than adequate ending, the battery was about to run out and I also lost the kitchen sponge...

The Broughton Farmhouse Experience - Part 1 of 2.
มุมมอง 2473 หลายเดือนก่อน
In late July 2024 I came across an old abandoned farm during a bicycle ride. In part one I explore the outside of the farm, discover an old toilet and present my idea for a new movie whilst giving a guided tour of the stables and pig pens. Part two will be released next weekend. No two week wait this time.🐷🦓🦆
Abandoned Military Stronghold On The Lancaster Canal.
มุมมอง 1093 หลายเดือนก่อน
I've been aware of this place for some time and finally in July 2024 I decided to go in. Unfortunately I can't say where this is for various reasons and therefore couldn't record my entry and exit. Whilst there I found a grenade launcher which could be an M203 or Russian equivalent GP-25 perhaps. I also found a drone jamming device. Quite a rewarding adventure!
Lawson Street Spaceport: An Outdoor View

In May this year I returned to the Lawson Street Spaceport area to see if anything had changed. Not much really apart from additional garbage, new graffiti and an old mattress. I will be releasing longer and more exciting adventures soon. ;) th-cam.com/video/9fcdO-UyqeQ/w-d-xo.html
Preston Flag Market Protest. Saturday 3rd August 2024.
มุมมอง 2324 หลายเดือนก่อน
Today I cycled into Preston to capture some footage of the imminent protest. The whole event was a storm in a teacup really, kind of reminiscent of the BLM riot lite in Preston during the 2020 lockdown. However, it was cool to spot a well known notorious vlogger from Manchester in town, someone that isn't easy to breach! Thanks for watching. Peace and love to all!
Chews Yard - An Undiscovered Back Alley In Preston.
มุมมอง 4334 หลายเดือนก่อน
I'm having a break from my break, it's going on too long! In June this year I came across an area of Preston undergoing a renaissance with new bars, a food hall, an events space and even a hidden garden. I thought it would make for an ok outdoor mini urbex. I didn't film the garden because there were people in it and I'm not sure if it would have been a 'not allowed' moment. Regular videos will...
Animate Art Exhibition On Ringway.
มุมมอง 425 หลายเดือนก่อน
In April this year I took the opportunity to capture the artwork promoting the Animate project along Ringway in Preston as obviously it wouldn't be there forever. Recently it was removed for the next stage of the building progress so I guess it's a good time to release this film. Having a break from uploading content for a while now, more info in my recent community post. Will be back in August...

Festival Of Fire Demons On Miller Park Revelation.
Very strange how so many listed buildings go up in flames ! I wonder if anyone checks to see how many of them have had planning permission refused prior to the fires, or have been on the market without any potential buyers.
At 12:24 the large building on the left looks like the old Ritz Theater, I spent many times going to the movies there, in the 1950s, Preston my old home town. Cheers from Australia.
Yes, It was at one time. I only remember it being many night clubs in the 1990's onwards including Arrabella's, PR1 and Rumes to name a few. It finally became Mokai before closing in 2014. Apparently the building also suffered a fire in 2018. I forgot about that until I further researched it's history online. Thanks for watching all the way from down under. :)
Its very interesting 😊
Thanks Kayden.😎
I live in Preston Preston
Hope Pete Marquis disposed of all that rubble properly - he's already under a suspended sentence for improper disposal of a load of tyres. I was on Church Street about half an hour before this place went up. I was in the Twelve Tellers and passed it on the way to Aldi. I was also in town the day the Odeon went up, and for one of the St. Joseph's fires. It's true - if you're in Preston often enough, you will eventually see something burn down. Apparently, they wanted to keep the takeaway after demolishing the upper floors. I guess the place became structurally unsound after they knocked the fired damaged bits down. Reckon after Christmas the site will be resurfaced and it'll become another car park like most of the empty lots round there.
Interesting info. I managed to capture some of the Odeon burning down, I uploaded a video of it which can be found on my channel. Yes, a certain song by Joni Mitchell springs to mind!
I have the video of it on my phone 📱
Nice path!🙃🙂
What is the meaning of all this decat?👽
Signs of a dying world.
I meant to spell the word decay properly… yes, it does seem to be that we have decay on all sorts of levels. There’s no doubt about that and anyone who doesn’t see this is a completely blind, but thank you for sharing this if you want to elaborate, please let me know.
I filmed many good urbexes during the lockdown years. My first urban exploration videos were the backyards of some houses pending demolition for a new University building. I may be winding them down next year and resuming music production.
Well, there’s a lot of deterioration going on, but what can we do to that of the situation?
Try to survive the coming Apocalypse.
I’m from the United States but I’ve never heard of this guy fill me in can you lots of laughs..
Do you mean the person I mention in the description?
I’m not from the UK, but there must be a reason why you are filming all these abandoned areas… can you fill me in a little bit?
It's something I like to do.😎
Don't worry, it soon will be abandoned.
I'll be waiting.😄
I go past this 6 times a week and I still can't figure out any plausible way to get in and out of the place. I assume cars will be going in through Tenterfield Street and out via Ringway. Certainly no issues going to occur there or anything. I work on Friargate and have done throughout the "improvements". The only street users I've seen that it's been made easier for is the illegal electric delivery bikers who bomb down the middle of it. The mystery concrete thing on the side of Iceland? I say Blue Plaque it. If nothing else to commemarate the last 60 years of dubious and unintended consequence-filled history of Preston "renovations".
You've raised an interesting point I didn't really think about. I believe the entrance to the car park is on Ringway. If you look behind the shutters you can see the Max Headroom (Not the digital Network 23 guy) sign and directional arrows. Perhaps the exit is Tenterfield Street. Yes put a plaque on it with Paul Newman's quote.😄
@@bryannamyo Tenterfield Street as is runs from Lancaster Road, under Ringway and out at Lawson Street in front of the Magistrate's Court. I don't know which way the road will be routed but I see problems either way. But I think LCC have reasoned most people will get there on the bus and will walk from either the bus station or the stops on Ringway. Be interesting to know how many spaces there are on the Animate car park.
That's right, it hasn't changed much from the original layout. I don't think there are as many spaces as the old car park although I'm not sure, a lot of it isn't visible.
What's happened😢
Thanks for the shout out 👍🏻 ..them first houses look to have been sealed up quick but at least you got to see factory bank..
No worries! Yes at least I got into one property and the backyards were kind of interesting.😎
Yes lad i went into the victoria house yesterday the abandoned office block skyscraper i live in preston
Cool, I didn't know that building was accessible again.
You can still get inside of it but it's been very very badly vandalised inside from all of the floors every single floor
You don't have to climb up to get onto the roof the stairs to the roof boot police come inside now so it's not worth going in it
abortion restrictions, DOE abolished, project 2025, tarrifs, losses for Ukraine, losses for the minorities, losses for EVERYONE... The American Dream is dead
Donald Trump was best friends with Jeffery Epstein. Just something to think about.
The same thing again. Songs, memes, and anything related to politics. I see why they have to repeat 2016 again. It sold very well. And to be honest, it was getting too quiet anyway.
There's no doubt some fascinating story why this lone bit of High Street didn't get demolished in 1967 along with all the rest of it. But it'll be buried in some archive with all the rest of LCC's planning committee minutes of the last 80 years or so. They seemed to have taken an awful lot of trouble to squeeze all those poxy office blocks around it, so there must be reason why.
Possibly something underneath it.
You always know if you're south of the Ribble when the bins and street signs are sky blue.
Soon, Donald Trump will have a his own military parade, just like Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Putin, that his been jealous of for so many years, because of that. LOL
...and he will conquer the world! Lol.
Definitely. LOL
Then he will say “no, it’s a waste of taxpayer dollars.”

@@sillyjrnvideos Good luck to you. Russia won’t hit you, but Norway and the U.S. are still allies so don’t be afraid.
Apart from Lancastria House, this is the sole remaining bit of old pre-WW2 Preston in that area now. Everything else was demolished for Ring Way, the Crown Court and all those questionable and now disused office buildings. I assume the frontage of Sheraton House was the only reason it was left intact as the council was scared they'd end up with another listing application like happened with the Public Hall and The Old Black Bull.
That's interesting, thanks for the info. The section of Ringway which runs past said buildings kind of reminds me of a Formula 1 racetrack built through the town centre, Preston's version of the Circuit de Monaco, lol.
@@bryannamyo Seeing all the new street tracks in F1 and Formula E has often inspired me to draw out a Grand Prix of Preston circuit. As circuits are normally clockwise, Ring Way is the easy bit. Go from the Office Outlet to The Range for a fast sweep. Could never work out the rest. The best I could work out was demolish Avenham Car Park, the left side of Glover's Court, Crystal House and go down Market St after removing Lowthian House. The pits could go where B&M Homestore is.

This has been flattened now, lot's of work being done on the old police station next door.
Wow, I'm going to cycle up there soon and have a look. Thanks for letting me know!
I'm glad the police station has been retained - built in the 1860's and I think it may be a Grade II listed building? Anyone know for certain?
I assume they are going to be flats. (B.t.w. some of these comments and replies aren't appearing by default, selecting 'Newest first' in the 'Sort by' drop down menu should reveal them).

I don't recall it looking that messy upstairs, looks like someones been busy in there..its no wonder its been secured, well nearly! Did that noise you heard come from inside the house? I got some kind of bang which came from downstairs..
The noise definitely came from inside. As far as I remember it sounded like something being moved and scraping the floor or wall, it wasn't very loud and was a short sound, also the red coloured art was ominous. Something spooky going on in there for sure!
@@bryannamyo I've been meaning to go back after hearing that bang and now with you saying you heard the noise come from within the place I can feel a return coming on 😄
@@exploringmore01 That would be cool. Hope you can still get in.😎
That way in window towards the end was a lucky spot..they have certainly secured the place but missed that 👍🏻
It was for sure, good job I didn't give up easily.😎
Maybe that prefabricated building was a sort of tardis, you never know. Aliens coming through from another dimension and the tin-opener cut was an abductee's desperate escape attempt. The scenario with the sofa reminded me of when I used to make dens as a sprog, on the wasteland across the road from where I lived.
Yes, that makes sense! I think you have solved the mystery. I reckon it's an escaped alien and they could have left Earth on the spaceship that was originally under the Odeon cinema / Evoque night club.😎🤍
@@bryannamyo Nailed it! Like the spaceship under the London Underground in "Quatermass and the Pit."

That grenade launcher sucks! Maybe some sort of black hole launcher instead? Fascinating technological discovery!
Even Nato and Russia don't have that kind of tech yet. I have been hoping to come across a portal gun. If ever find a black hole gun that would probably be the end of the video!😄

What’s wrong with the UK? Why don’t they have standards and language standards and culture standards and taking care of their property? What is wrong with this country was going on August I’m talking about England Wales, Ireland Scotland what’s going on? Where are you located again but I think you were located in Manchester area where are you located?
My videos are filmed almost entirely in a town called Preston, it's about 30 miles or so north of Manchester. There are good standards of language and culture here although varying over the spectrum. I guess the same question could be asked of many countries. Saying that, the UK most certainly has problems. Many areas are in decline and a few are on the up simply put. I suppose I could also answer the questions by saying a certain 'Bruce Hornsby and the Range' song springs to mind.🎹
I think Doctor Who based The Silence on Vic's parody of Lloyd Grossman. The original Masterchef was so dull and snobby (or it is how i remembered it as a kid).
It’s amazing how people in the UK are more interested in ghosts, and aliens that is catching on in the United States as well
Spooky Bryan
You seem to be really documenting the decline of the UK what’s going on are you antiestablishment like I am?
I’m sorry, I spelled your name incorrectly. I am inundated right now, but I like your videos about the UK they’re sort of sad.
No problem, yes the UK has seen better days.
