Your case and padding will have an effect on what they sound like.

@@Armada47 Yeah I know It will sound a bit different, but mine sound like an entire different switch, I've tooken foam out, put foam in, changed plate foam. Nothing has changed. They sound exactly like my gateron yellows.

If you do macros and stuff then the software would be beneficial and also if you wanted to adjust the debounce time (ms) you may want to use the software. Other than that, there's no need to use the software (but it's just there if you need it).

M1 V5 if you want mechanical switches. Cidoo C75 is nice but I like their V series better. But I will still go with M1 v5 :)

have you tried re-pairing the 2.4G? if yes and it still exist, most likely you got a bad or defective usb dongle receiver. let the seller now about it so they can replace it with a new one :)

@@jtechreviews2021 yes I have tried repairing it, i also tried fully factory resetting the keyboard as well and doing a fresh pairing with it, i even tried plugging it into different USB ports (both USB 2.0 and 3.0) i popped it into my KVM, my Anker USB HUB. I also thought that maybe my razer mouse using 2.4g might be interfering with it and i flipped it to Bluetooth, it worked for 10 minutes and then it dropped again lol. I am in contact with the seller, hoping it is just a defective receiver. But other than that this keyboard is amazing!
