MASHED POTATOKOJAC NOODLES
1 package of shirataki noodles
2 potatoes
20g minced garlic
2 chili peppers
30ml soy sauce
2g salt
15ml chili sauce
30ml olive oil
Instructions:
1.Rinse the shirataki noodles after opening the bag and drain it well. Set aside.
2.Wash the potatoes thoroughly, slice them, and steam until tender. Mash the potatoes and set aside.
3.In a pan, heat oil and sauté minced garlic and chopped chili peppers. Add mashed potatoes, soy sauce, salt, and chili sauce for seasoning. Stir well and add water, then mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
4.Add konjac flour and mix well before removing from heat.
Enjoy your Mashed Potato with Konjac Flour!

    Hello, thank you for the video, so do I understand correctly to make it firm I have to cook it later on a second time right? What happens if I add acidity to the boiling water to lower the pH? Will it make it even more firmer? Thank you 💗

      Hello! Thanks for your comment. To clarify, konjac can only firm up in an alkaline environment. So, you shouldn't lower the pH before it firms up. You can cook it again after it has firmed. Hope this helps! Any further questions just feel free to let us know. thanks!

      It's not any added chemicals, some konjac indeed cause itching and irritation in your mouth and throat and also iching in your hands if you cut it without gloves

      These are just konjac noodles recipes. Low carb means the konjac noodles themselves. konjac noodles were stuffed in the dumplings.
