This last weekend I took care of something that I should have done when the trees were smaller. I had a few trees with double leaders and a few more that were 2 years overdue. It was very difficult to trim some of these trees after trying to keep them alive for so many years.

Looks good. Maybe it just needs a couple hundred more pounds to dig in better.
Yeah that might help. Thanks!!
Really enjoyed this video! You guys did an awesome job!
Thank you very much. Check the rest of the channel out.
Je ne vois plus la température extérieure et tout le reste fonctionne ces quoi le problème
Thanks for watching
My old Black and Decker's batteries just can't hold a charge anymore so thinking about picking one of these up. Thanks for the detailed instructions and help.
no problem!! Thanks for watching.
An air or electric impact breaks the 5/8 bolt loose without having to hold the motor. No need to remove battery. All can be done from underneath. If the pulley is stuck on the shaft the 3 tabs can be bent back slightly to get the belt on, just make sure to bend them back.
Would make things easier. On the wanted list. Thanks for watching
You stained yours … do other people paint theirs like I’ve seen grey or white …. But it’s all pressure treated correct, I can’t use basic pine ? Thanks
I am sure painted deck would be fine. It need to be out door paint for sure.
Love tilling action by
Thank you.
If you are going to get an extra battery, you are better off buying another weed eater with the battery, battery alone is $179.99. with the price i see at ace hardware
You are correct. I am looking at a blower & hedge trimmer
I just got my pool 12x24 rectangle and placed cement block underneath but it was too high and the weight could not hold up. Had to drain and they ent me two new legs. This time I am placing the cement an inch deep with two next to each other to support the width and to match the pool ground height. should of would of could of...
This is our 4th or 5th year and I forgot how much weight those legs carry. The supports under the legs broke and the others in the sand sunk an inch or two. Have a great summer!!
Maybe you should pull up your parking leg before you start tilling ?
Great catch. I seem to always forget that leg. Thanks for watching.
Looks like a heap of fun!
It was man. Thks for watching!!
Awesome review thanks! I'm planning to get this for my dad this Father's Day
Good deal. He will love it.
Do you have a material list for the deck ????
I believe I put it in the comments a couple times on Building #2 video. If you don’t find it I can probably dig something up for you.
What that chain going round and round when you first start?
Those little chains drive me nuts. I seem to always forget them. Thanks for watching!!
Joshua is super helpful
thank you.
This was very helpful. Thank you!
No problem. Thanks for watching.
a very big deal for me is the safety switch. i will not fight with one that has one that requires you pressing with thumb, I've screwed them down and fought with it, and I'm done with those. So, this will work just fine, when i tape it down. paid 159 pus tax, waiting to pick up
I have not noticed or had trouble with the safety switch. Thanks for sharing.
@@watkinstreefarm6880 i meant to say i like the design on this one compared to others 🙋♂

Thank you!!
Thank you so much for this walk through! Off to drill my bucket now :)!
Good Luck!!
Love it!
Thank you.
What are those bricks called?
Concrete Deck Block. Thanks for watching
Thank you!!!!
Watkins, can you explain the boards cut @ a 45 ° angle 7:01 ? Are they necessary
@@bobbyh.7261 45 degrees?? The stringers for the stairs where pre bought and the steps where just straight cuts.
Are they UV-resistant?
I do not know??
Good job and good on you for helping out your neighbors. Thanks for the video and showcasing that tiller and tractor.
Thanks. Also thank you for watching!!
What a good man you are for doing this
Thank you. Thanks for watching!!
Use your 2x4 spray the nuts a couple times and let them sit and then use an impact wrench
That sounds great.👍
Nice job! Good crew right there!
Thank you!!
is it rare for an osage orange to fall down? i thought they were super hard wood?
You are correct. I think ants or bugs got this. Thanks for watching
Best saw that I ever had. Good price and great performance. I’ve owned huscavarna, home light, Mc Cullouch. This one’s the best
Good to hear. I know I still love mine. Was using it this weekend. Thanks for watching.
Hey Jeff, any time you get to spend with your kids is always time better spent. My kids are all grown and dont get to spend as much time with them but get to spend some with my college and high school grandkids. I retired at the end of last year so now my wife and I are getting our property in Tennessee ready to be the new forever place.
Well that is exciting for your property in TN. Yes I am realizing my boys will be gone in a few years. Thanks for the encouragement. Take care my friend.
Nice!!
Thank you.
Is it holding up after 2 years? Apparently some people had issues with the battery going bad.
It is. I noticed the battery this year losing a few minutes. That being said I used the snot out of this thing and super happy with it.
Sthil sucks
We all have our own opinions. Thanks for watching.
The picture doesn’t include the brake pads or rods. Talking to Cub cadet tech, my lever from the idler bracket to right mandrel/ spindle is in the wrong hole. I’ve never changed or moved the lever/rod. I have 2 identical machines both the same. However, the belt retainers on the pulley’s are positioned in a different location
Sounds like a mess. Hope you get it figured out.
Quick question I just bought a 1025r to and can't afford much after that but real forks are expensive is that bolt on bucket forks
Yes I have bolt on bucket forks. I made a video showing them as well.
Thanks I just watched the video and I think I'm going to purchase those . It doesn't look like it will make a dimple on the bucket
@@davevarela1 Good deal. Yeah it just leaves circle scratches. Take care.
Very nicely done !!! Looks great!!! / Organized with storage!!! I have a hard time too justifying the cost of the metal bases. (I haven’t made mine yet !!!)
The cost of the metal bases is why i made my own. Thanks and good luck!!
about to build a deck around my above ground pool Is it ok to use the concrete blocks instead of digging holes?
I live in Kansas and have not had any trouble with heaving in the winter. My deck has been there 4 years and has not moved. The boards have warped but that is another story. If a person lived a little further north, they may need to consider digging holes.
Do you notice any wiggle with these?
After four years, they’re still solid. Been happy with them
I was able to get the king kutter carry all. Didn’t need to modify it to fit on my speeco quick hitch.
Great vid and like the carry all.
Will take note of that. Thanks for watching.
Thank you!!
you just replaced 2 1/2 inch v drive pulleys with flat pulleys. so how does it run now
Still installed on the mower and doing well. Not happy with the blades and looking to replace those.
Hey I'm considering this model.. how about an update 😃
Ok. I have a had a lot of interest recently. I may do that in a couple days.
Slow it down a little, let those blades do more work
Your the first to say that but I did think of that a couple weeks ago when prepping for the Christmas Trees. I usually do it 2 or 3 times which helps. Thanks for watching.
I make one slow pass. It saves time in the long run. But also does a better job on those grasses and clumps. That tiller is awesome
th-cam.com/video/0ELJ4ny2btw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=towr6mTyc-I-jK7w
We till an excessive amount of mulched leaves into our soil along with rabbit and chicken manure. We only use whats on our property. No store bought fertilizers. We produce an abundant amount of veggies on our small property. I’m jealous of your land.
how did you get it to connect to wifi
I have not tried. If it is even possible.
@@watkinstreefarm6880 spoke with the manufacturer and the response was that it’s chipset is only compatible with 2.4ghz WiFi.
@@dauthusreaper6010 Good to know
@@dauthusreaper6010 Did they tell you how to do it for this particular model??

Very cool I need one of these on our homestead to plant longleaf pine have a great one
Thank you. How are things in Alaska?
Been looking for a chainsaw. Been bouncing between 251, 271, and the 291. Mainly I want one for when I come across a downed tree after a storm or bad snow.
I have had mine a few years now and still love it. I think you would be happy with all those saws. Everytime I've needed it, it preformed for me. Thanks for watching.
Frontier= Built to break. Cast mounting arms broke, fishplated with 1/2 × 2 flat bar, then the 2 piece gearbox split apart, unfixable, total junk. Replaced with 48" Woods, same cast iron gearbox as 60", no more tiller problems. Top link ears on trans on both 1023 and 1025 broke off. Like japanese dirt bikes, built to break
Well that stinks you had that experience. So far so good with me.
The trees are looking good! Great to see Evan and Josh being put to work.
Thanks. Evan & Josh are good help.
