      Unfortunately most competitors in martial arts cut weight for advantage in a lower weight class. But they also gain back water weight fast

    I tried this for a wrestling cut a couple weeks ago. For teens, based off my experience I would not try this. I had really bad bodyaches and it only had me cut 2 pounds. It really hurt

    Great stuff! That first sweep works so well for me. I hook my right foot behind the knee instead of the ankle usually. Ankle gets better leverage, but experienced opponents kick their foot forward and up to get rid of the hook. It is harder to shake the hook behind the knee, I think.

    guys this just dehydrates u, but when u rehydrate, the weight comes back so it’s not ACTUALLY weight loss

      If you have too much water, this helps. Also, less weight is still less. You will have more stamina.

    I am currently a 116.8 15 year old girl needing to go to 110 in 7 days so ima try this and tell you if it works I will be only using hot bath water and the sea salt whatever and I will be in here for 30 minutes

    Guys please lose weight healthily none of these stupid ‘hacks’ he lost water weight from sweating not actual body weight. Consistent calorie deficit it’s not that hard or miserable you can eat good food and lose weight

    This is so unhealthy someonr will hurt themselves doing this soaking in rubbing alcohol is poisonous dude wtf??? You can go blind. Also 4 pounds of Epsom salts is toxic and you can overdose magnesium which is technically a heavy metal electrolyte. Your going to shut down your kidneys with that amount of magnesium you will throw your potassium sodium and calcium levels out of what and can have heart complications
