List of current known food allergens: 1. Lupin Flour! 2. Peanuts 3. Raw Coconut milk 4. Dairy (except butter) especially milk. 5. Wheat ... The last one is oh so heartbreaking. Stay away from them because it gets much worse with age.. I had zero allergies until i was 23 😢 i heard them say brown rice is actually not good for digestion chemically, parboiled is better, white is completely fine.

Teaching other people helped me solidify the content for whatever reason. In group study, at the end of the semester we splitted up the syllabus and taught each other our strong topics.. that's only for those who have a strong group study system😊. My courses were soft science though, more case analyses and content regurgitation. I liked having several reference books to get different breakdowns of the topics from different angles, because unfortunately lecture slides had such a narrow scope and sometimes poor quality. Lecture slides for revision, texts, and references for learning. I honestly didn't really take notes. Printed everything and scribbled on everything.
