not going to lie a lot of this stuff I do feel like the techier stuff and if I hade the confidantes the power to go on about anything for hours without even noticing but it was the public thing that really got me a bit because even I started to get a bit nerves when the whole to many people thing happened because I'm really not use to being around a lot of people or just being around people for to long so yeah I think this was well made and stuff like that keep up the good work friend

Please don't tell me you slept hidden between the shelves in the basement." Silence, while the fairy nervously avoids my gaze. "Oh come on, that's not comfortable at all", i sigh, "but i have an idea. Wait here please." I storm of, climbing the ladder to the attic. Among many boxes i find one titled "toys". With that cardboard box under my arm i hurry back to the living room. Excited i open it, rummaging through the box. "There it is, i knew i put it in there!" Out of the box i pull a small wooden bed for a dollhouse, with self-knitted pillows and blankets for it. A slight grin forms on my face: "I inherited that from my mother, she used to play with dolls when she was a kid. But i think it has just the right size for you. If you want, you can sleep in that from now on. Should be much more comfortable." Welcome to 2025, Fae. Quite the entertaining audio to start the new year! I feel like this is the most accurate representation of sensory overload that I've seen in an audio. I feel like most times when someone tries to represent autism or sensory overload in an audio, they ignore how unpredictable it can be, or they don't understand how it occurs. Given that I have autism and very sensitive hearing so this was very appreciated and very comforting to listen to.

My instinct to protect kicked in when she started getting over stimulated. I would have been asking "what can i do to help?" I don't know if I'm autistic but i definitely relate to a lot of autistic experiences with sensory issues like certain textures making me want to remove my skin to cleanse my body of its grossness, i always have a way to listen to music on me so that i can block out all the chatter because i am unable to tune things out so if there's like 4 different conversations happening in an area it's not indistinct chatter it is now 4 seperate conversations i have to process simultaneously plus any random environmental sounds like a ticking clock or an electrical hum that most people apparently don't pay any attention to, smells also can give me headaches so some asshole wearing perfume can ruin my whole day just be being in the same building as me because now i have a headache and if i dare say anything they just be an ass to me about something that is causing me physical pain that they inflicted because apparently if you can't see the issue outwardly then it doesn't exist. Oh I'd like to tell those kinda people their own bullshit when they have a brain tumor because then maybe they'd realize how bullshit that is. Rant aside, cute audio, relatable character, must protecc.

Content warning for this comment: Commentary on fantasy racism I have fantasy racism in my homebrew world. I believe the important thing to do is not make it omnipresent. An undercurrent of certain people having a harder time to make it big in polite society. And it has to be treated as the bs it is. Any "justifications" are irrational bs used to justify looking down on people by those in control of society. Fighting against this injustice is good. Another important thing, in respects to TTRPGs, is talking to your players about it. I made it perfectly clear that many people have prejudices, and they okayed it.
