The gt86 is fun on wheels at a bargain these days. Would you get one and how will you modify it?

Mediocre on this case, was becoming like mitsubishi now where they focused on crossovers & suvs and totally ignored their sports cars legacy. Toyota thankfully knew about this problem before the gt86 conception. Would you agree that despite the gt86's flaws, it has been a success among enthusiasts?

The GT86 has been a great idea, but they should have introduced a 3 door hatch variant and ditched the boxer engine.

I think Nissan has noticed that the R34 GTR's design is a huge success. Thats why they integrated the design on the latest T spec R35 GTR face lift model. It looks nice but would you agree on Nissan's latest face lift design?

Definitely an awesome colour. Where there any other choice when choosing paint for your 34? We in JDM lifeline are biased on mnp3 LX0.

Try something different but with nissan's oem colour range.

A new Silvia but as a crossover, is definitely a move to the wrong direction by Nissan. We just hope Nissan cares about their fans.

A new tech NEO VVL would be great and updated SR would be perfect too. Like the technology from the K series Honda engines.

Yep I agree. And aside from the power and handling the reason I like the silvias is because they are lightweight, cheap and look awesome. No way the new one will look anything like an s13 coupe

They could possibly stretch the life of the current Z's platform, until it won't pass evolving safety standards. We could expect different facelifts of the Z. But a new Silvia would be nice, together with a new 4 cylinder Turbo engine (new Gods motor perhaps).

We do love the styling of the R33 GTR and yes its certainly cheaper than an r34 gtt. But do you think the it can compare to the hype of the R34 Skyline in general?

@@jdmlifeline I think the r34 gtt are still Good cars but too me they are still overhyped and r33 gtst is cheaper than the gtt thats just my opinion

Talking more on an r33 gtr, we would love a series 3. We love the design of the series 3 lights (discontinued over hype part for the 33 🤦😭) and the front lip too, not to mention the special red stiched seats and the fog light integrated on the tail light. If we can mod it aesthetically, we would pick a 400r hood and rear bumper and skirts. What do you think of our choice of design for the BCNR33?

33 better looking? No. That's an opinion. 34 is better looking, that's a fact.

@@jdmlifeline disagree with this. They may look the same at a superficial level, but if you know all the incremental changes they've done over the years, there's no way a 2009 R35 is "the same" as a 2024.

@@jdmlifeline The same color formula as Brad Sherriff's R32 that clocked 327 km/h in 2023 at Bathurst would be sufficient. I'd even go so far as to black out those headlights to send a message that Nissan is 100% behind Sheriff's work.

Toyota has done the new supra an against the grain approach. But do you think it's the same with the GR Corolla and GR Yaris?

@@jdmlifeline I'm not sure about the GRs. I was excited about the Supra until I saw who made it. I had some hope left for Toyota but with all the problems I had with my new Camry and the news about Tacoma and Tundra it's going to be a few rough years for them. I probably won't be buying any more Toyota products after personally learning how they back up their problem cars. It wasn't against the grain. It was a cheap way to make people want a car.

@@jdmlifeline debate time 😂 I feel that the a90 supra is a good car but not a great car and it doesn’t have the infamous or notoriety that mk4 supra had From a purest point of view also, doesn’t have the capability that the 2jz has where you can slap a big turbo on stock block and achieve 1000hp, just my 2 cents

@@kzh5443 B58 is pretty much that. You had to do a lot of work on a 2JZ by the way to get it to 1000bhp.

@@kzh5443you couldn’t be more wrong. Dave Dang here in Dallas just broke the record for highest hp MKV on a stock engine at 1060hp. Do you own one? If not, then you have no true idea what these cars can do and how strong the B58 is. And yes he drives it around town just fine.

@@Waynethegunner as you said this is the record for b58.. you can find people with the same figure for stock 2jz from 15 years ago in forums, yes it’s rumoured but then again so is your claim. As for the block, there’s no comparison for aluminum vs cast iron block, the weakness for 2jz is that the pistons are not forged however stock block with forged internals, you can achieve wheel horsepower over 1500hp I would use your same logic and say do you have a 2jzgte? If not then you also have no idea the hp it can achieve 😂 not to mention we are comparing a 25-30 year old car/motor to a 5 year old present car/motor

We heard mark up is seriously high on these models. We just hope it won't mimic the Focus RS demise...
