Autópályán ment aztán csak úgy elkezdett furán szólni a motor. Ott kerregtette a pihenőben amíg várta az ADAC-t. 5 hónapja volt szervizben.

Tigra 2.0 8V, 297°-os vezérműtengellyel, külön kérésre rövid váltósra átalakítva (ami nem kis munka). A "kattogás" ne tévesszen meg senkit mert nem zajos élőben! A telefon 15 centire volt tartva a motortól és úgy is hallható a normálnál kicsit halkabb beszélgetés a háttérben, illetve a kipufogónak is igen szép hangja van, szebb mint a felvételen. Someone help I have baleno 1999 In shifting from 1st gear to 2nd it low its rpm even 500 and level up very slow even in full excelator anyone faced this problem so give me suggestions plzzz I maintained my car from different mechanics but the problem is as same??

What was the stock specs on this? Which country you belongs to? I have Esteem (swift mk2 sedan , It will do 165+ in third) it got very tall gearing. Indian spec is 85bhp
This is probably the same engine as the early swifts

I got a also Swift sedan G13BB, same power, stock car 165mm tyres 0-100 = 10,7 sec, top speed 192 kmh. Currently have spare head for port + valve job, regrind cam, bigger whole intake, custom headers n exhaust, lsd and gti suspension, video would be when project finished 😉
in 4th gear it would be better to reach v-max ...
Why it show only 04425km in odo meter resetted?
I bought it with 37.xxx km from one old couple (Germany) they didn't used it. Since than, it's runned more than 120.000km without a problem.

That was my first car it served me well
It got over 110.000km in the last couple years, without having any issues.
Very weak ☹️ We have a suzuki swift g13bb. It just cannot rev quick enough from second gear onwards. I feel that the gear ratios are not matched well with the engine's power output characteristics. The engine makes power only after 4000rpms but it takes forever to get there 😠😠
Indian specs are different. 85bhp and taller gearing ratio

Nagyvonalakbam csináltam hozzá motortartó bakot és egyedi lendkereket hogy összepasszoljon. Nem borzasztóan bonyolult.

Could probably use a turbo, and maybe a good tune. Who am I kidding, that engine probably couldn't handle it. I have this same engine (in a different car) and I'd be afraid to turbo it without some major modifications to the engine internals.
Ahh the gseries suzuki engines is very strong and has good tuning potential I have the g13bb 16V 1.3 sohc engine which is the same block as the g13b a legendary tuning engine my 86Hp block stock can be tuned till 200 without internals and allows up to 10Psi of boost With forged conrods piston and crank it allows up to 350 on the stock block ist a very good engine I will be making a series on it where i aim for 150Hp and 50Hp of nitrous/turbo
people have tuned these engines to push 200-300 hp.

Could you tell me something about your car? When it was produced? Is the mileage real? Don't you have any problem with gearbox? I have had Baleno G13BB '96 since 2007 but it has ~204000 km, the second gearbox and now burns oil. But i have never overstepped 4000 rpm :)
1995.12, The mileage it's real (km) and until now works fine. But it isn't my car anymore, i gave it to my brother.
I have the 1.6 glx, 96 and 330 000km, 0 problems the Best car I ever have!

I had, this was just the frist day. At the moment I didn't had here generator and the exhaust leaks besides the trunk was full with parts. After a 1,5 year (and one complete engine refurbishment and rebuild) one lowlife gipsy ricer-wannabe wit his P.O.S. car didn't followed the rules and destroyed my car completely from side.
+rder510 oh man sorry to read that. At the moment I'm building the same engine in my Corsa b and i'm planning to use the original f13 gearbox. The head is ported, the throttle body is bigger by 4mm, power cap, cai system, full exhaust is 2" 1/2 and megasquirt, I really hope it will be a fast car. You do you think?
You need a little flywheel mod, and one maybe X16XE clutch what have almost straight surface on the flywheel side, or it's made a contact with the screws there - i forgot it and it's will be badass! And before everything, take down the valve cover, take it to parts (L-form plate, bolted there with torx screws) and clean it properly!
+rder510 I already mod the stock flywheel, but the one you mentioned is impossible to find in my country (venezuela) as that engine model didn't came out here. The original one from the corsas here is the c16se.
