Hi sis yes Abido did work and my son used Abido till he was almost 3yrs old from when he was a baby. So it did work he’s no longer using Abido now he uses normal emollient cream now

Level 3 are mainly for care coordinator etc You’d need in for leadership and management mainly level 5

You need to work your way up the leader You can start by getting your level 3 now Then work you way to a Team leader, Care Cordinator etc Get your level 5 as it’s an on the job learning so you might get some job as a deputy manager and do your level 5 whilst doing that or even as a care coordinator you can do your level 5. Once you get some leadership experience etc you can get to Registered Manager. Hope that helps.

Sorry to hear that, You need to pump more often, you pump as though it’s baby that’s eating so your body makes more milk. That means pumping 6x a day or so and you need to pump for good duration of time 30mins roughly Hydration is key, breastmilk is predominantly water if you are not hydrated enough you can’t produce much. And eat good food that stimulates more milk production I.e. Oat In regards to the flat nipple, if you really want to breastfeed directly I will say keep trying and trying even see a specialist. Also try the nipple shield because it does work it can just be frustrating.

Hi Emmanuel, I will say having your BSc is a plus. Though your BSc is not in health and social care or management but it might be acceptable. However experience is another factor. CQC might still allow you to register and work towards increasing your knowledge and gaining experience. It’s all about finding the right employer willing to employ you as you work your way to gain experience in the sector. If you haven’t done relevant courses Nor have an experience in the field (managerial) it will be difficult. So I have BSc biomedical sciences But I have to still do my Level 5 whilst I was a care supervisor and I’ve been working in health care for 7yrs. Managerial position for 2yrs before becoming a registered manager

Hi Nikky, okay so it depends, For example if you are a registered manager doing Domiciliary care, and you decided to work now in a Care Home, sometime the care home might want someone who has run/worked as a RM in a care home before over someone who ran a Domiciliary care. Idk if that makes sense. In your care your role as a Deputy Manager when you say not in a care setting? What sort of setting would that be. Also what qualifications do you have or are working towards? Thanks

It’s more about Leadership & Management courses. You need to determine if you will be working with adult, children/young adult or both. That’s the first step in determining which course 🙂 hope that helps to narrow it down. After that they are all the same mostly similar curriculum

Hi not band 7 (Asin NHS payment band) I mean an academic achievement level 7 or equivalent. Level 7 is equivalent to postgraduate qualification like masters Level 5 is bachelor’s degree You don’t need level 7 for registered manager though just lvl 5 or equivalent to that

@@maryonyekwere Thanks that was a v quick reply :) I've done lvl 6 in nursing, and now doing lvl 7 in a science subject. I've got a ton of work experience in healthcare but not in management roles etc. Is that sufficient to apply for a cqc manager of a private clinic? I've been offered that but want to see if I have a chance of being accepted by cqc in the first place. Thanks

I was on my phone when the notification came through 🤣 I think you might be able to register but you might be required to do some learning as you are working I'm not sure don't take my word for it. As long as you can prove during your interview with CQC that you are able to run the regulated activities and you are aware of the policies and procedures. I would say call CQC and confirm with them it's better to know for definite than assume ☺️

G​@maryonyekwere No problem . Keep up the good work . I had to smile at the little baby in the video bobbing his head around before latching on. A friend said ' the baby couldn't cope as his mommy's boob was too big for him ' , but babies are very resilient and work it out in the end .

Hiya yes it happens They are the same Brand but they are not manufactured in the same factory I believe. Just like how we have Milo nija made and Milo Ghana If you try the two you'd see they are not completely the same even from the Tin packaging.

The palm oil used for that is not bleached. But food is all about preference if you want to use bleached palm oil you can. But the original recipe is not bleached palm oil

In addition to what @lolon6605 said you can also do the diploma in adult care too not just children and young people. Or do both in children and young people. ☺️
