@@snsnshhhs663 I was rusty for sure plus the guy was a spammer. Smart disc over and over. I could have used the Alien's spammable to get more kills but its not my style. Either way it was still fun and I miss the multiplayer.

You could still block an attack and then melee them which would knock them down (granted its a little silly for a human to be able to floor a predator or an alien with a simple melee attack) but still, it was possible to do so. The PC version can benefit from mods to change gameplay, so maybe thats why there was a difference. I have never played the pc version so I wouldn' t know.

​@@dionysuschaos4867 so you're saying that was possible once. Its sad they removed it. Plus here i see the alien has 2 different animations for long range focus attack. The second animation still exists in the Singleplayer for PC but is not included in multiplayer. The devs left this game all over the place XD

@@Raizmorph You still can counter, you just got to block an incoming charge or melee attack and immediately hit them back with a melee. It could be lag issues too, so the timing between the actions is not properly synced. This was a common problem in multiplayer. You could be running away and jump meters away from a predator/alien and somehow they still are able to perform the stealth/trophy kill as if they were just right behind you.

Read it, I appreciate your apology but I won't be removing the strike because this kind of thing has been going on too long with the likes of Alien Theory. You merely just happened to be the latest one and the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak. There needs to be consequences for plagiarism. Fair use does not mean to read that content ad verbatim and pass it off as your own. Wikis are a product of multiple users and we are usually just fine being contributors without any personal credit for the pages we work on. but that doesn't mean we like it for someone else to take credit for our work either. Any videos featuring words from our wiki must be given attribution and credit, preferably in the video itself as well as in description. Again thanks for apology and if you do mean it then please don't do it again and any video of yours that still uses content from us needs to be given credit ASAP.

Oh I won't be deleting your post since it is making you look deranged if anything. Judging from some familar words and tones you using there, you are most certainly someone who got themselves blocked on that wiki and deservedly so if it who I am suspecting it to be. New information will always require updating pages. And no Xenopedia does not plagiarize. Articles are usually written in an original style and sources are usually cited. Its why most pages have the "references section". Granted its not always perfect and if any user has added content that is lifted directly and word for word with no sources, it will get removed. See unlike these youtubers, we have integrity and believe in citing your sources. Its about morals and ethics, something I am guessing you are not familiar with. **1A) Canon and non-canon doesn't matter because all officially licensed content is placed in our wiki. It does not matter on the personal viewpoints of the editors, only what the studios like fox have deemed canon or not canon. If I was so anti-avp, why then have I not deleted all avp articles hmm? why do I play AVP games? read the books? Occassionally defend the first AVP movie as not too bad and easier to deal with than the prequels? etc. **1b)So now you are using personal attacks on our editors eh? Like I said, you are the one coming across deranged here. Leigh is a brilliant editor and has helped the wik become more respected and more reliable than it used to be. Alien Theory, Infinity Scifi, ViralKiller and so on. I will expose them for plagiarism because what that is the right thing to do.

It is defintely a great gem. its not triple A but the devs made this game really well. I do recommend it, especially for those who like the movies.
