South Africa
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 3 พ.ย. 2022
The South African Bar Association is a national bar association whose membership is drawn from referral advocates in all provinces. The association will aggressively pursue the ideal of unifying the fragmented bar in South Africa under one national bar. Its sevenfold mission is to transform the legal profession by:
Facilitating initiatives aimed at unifying the fragmented bars in South Africa under one body, the South African Bar Association.
Promoting the access of female advocates into the profession and pursuing the elimination of racially and gender skewed briefing patterns.
Investing in the ongoing training and development of junior advocates so as to maintain the standards of excellence that an advocate’s practice demands.
Membership of the South African Bar Association shall be open to all practising advocates who support the above stated mission, subject to the requirements of the LPA and LPC.

What happened to Ali Ncume's TH-cam channel? I have been searching it with no luck.
She is a dishonor to the bar, should seriously consider what a bias judge does to the public opinion of the South African legal system - if you are willing to call one wrong out and say this is hate speech but then waver another wrong and call it permissible and not hate speech, regardless of what side the public falls on in the two sides of the argument both will agree that the legal system is compromised and unfair, respect is lost and people will start migrating away from approaching the legal system for help to have a fair judgements made and they will start taking matters into their own hands. . . what will become of the shills when popular opinion shifts and new parties are brought to power, what will happen when blame must be allocated to people? the shills will stand trial to their own crooked judgments and even if that day never came because their lords and masters completed the folly of their destructive plans on the country, they have clearly made peace with being a circus animal void of dignity and self respect for the entertainment of their higher ups who gave them a title in exchange for their souls - this women is a blight on the legal system and calling her a judge is synonymous to calling the legal system a joke.
Agree, she is very unfit to be a judge. Unfortunately everything is theoretical and idealogical to her. The actual reality of people is utterly lost to her. Her obvious bias against Afrikaners (which she herself admits) should be evidence enough...and yet it is not. Like you said, people will no longer trust the legal system. Just more distrust being sown by people like her.
