Thunderbirds Lyonsmaid Adverts
มุมมอง 1.6K4 ปีที่แล้ว
Hi All, Was throwing out my old Thunderbirds VHS collection and found that one had Lyonsmaid adverts on it. I thought i'd save them using a VHS to HD capture process to preserve these unique adverts. This video is not made for children.

1991 BBC VHS Indent - HD
มุมมอง 3.3K4 ปีที่แล้ว
Here is the classic BBC indent, first seen in 1991, this is from the VHS release of Classic Doctor Who serial 'Remembrance the Daleks', released in 1993. This was captured direct from the VHS to a HD capture card. Enjoy. It should go without saying this video is not made for children as i don't think any child would have nostalgia for a old BBC indent.

Superb - well done
1:03:38 I just got the joke 😭
You guys ever wanna start again? I yearn to start again
I want to join the Robot Wars club
Outstanding production. Thank you for posting it.
Just looked up Felsted school, very private, very posh. Most of these kids are destined to be the people making the decisions that the production mocks. Be interesting to see if they make a better job of it, unfortunately I doubt it.
My granddad used to work here, he told me a story where the person he was working with had been thrown out of a window by electricity, after he was incorrectly told that one of the breakers had been tripped. Apparently the bloke came back after just 6 months, but he was never the same!
Shoulda been a real island vacation spot
THATS GREAT!!
The kid playing Pilate was great, but I was very disappointed in Jesus especially in Gethsemane
i love the alt opening real fans wouldnt have minded seeing it if we can sit through too many previews we can si through that masterpiece
and today, it takes longer, with more people and a huge amount more cost. how we progress ......... but interestingly the steps are pretty much the same.
Earlier this week I commented that John Legend's rendition of the character was a high school play level at best. After watching this play, I want to apologize to high schools.
Craig Charles I think is surprisingly good at presenting the builders guide, a calm, considered and informative piece, no hype, no comedy as such. He does have more strings to his bow than one would imagine. I actually think it was a really good call to use the shots that included the people involved tripping over words here and there, the lack of polish actually ended up creating a conversational vibe that really seemed to work
It's always so cool to see behind the scenes and especially of Robot Wars! Seeing all the old robots, how the show was designed, built and filmed is just super cool!
The OG house robots looked so crude
I can’t even imagine how traumatized Shaggy would’ve felt seeing Daphne get possessed.
Amazing the yanks beating the brits here .in later times the british absolutely thrashed the yanks
Talent good! Audio production good! Lighting production good! Super job, congratulations for sure. Well done.

Bravo - From a Yank who walked all those battlefields in the 1980's. The ending at Tyne Cot brought a tear to my eye.

2:23 CLARKSOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!!!
Jesus was too "operatic" compared to Ian Gilliam"s rock performance. It was a "rock" opera. "Mary" was very believable. A nice performance for a high school.
interesting doc. Now granny can go out and get a new electric cooker.
They should have kept that locker scene!
Let's build a Pressurised Water Reactor like the rest of the world. No, let's be bloody minded and British and build a gas cooled reactor.
Actually when they built HPA, it was late 1950s and that was before the era of PWRs or BWRs - the first serious PWR to come online was Shippingport in 1957 - so building a PWR wasn't really a option. And the Americans probably would have not shared their design with us anyway.
It stemmed from the design of Windscale Plutonium reactor which was air cooled the Americans pumped water through their reactor but uk engineers were concerned about keeping water supply constant so we have always used gas to cool British reactors this is a development of the first design this using carbon dioxide , Magnox reactor because the fuel elements were clad in magnesium oxide there after further developmenft the AGR advanced gas cooled reactor which still make up the majority of the UK nuclear fleet.
Why not appear clips from Pit of Peril or City of Fire or the Uninvited or the Mighty Atom or Operation crash Dive or move and You're Dead or Martian Invasion or edge of impact or the impostors or the Duchess assignment or Security Hazard? And The season 2 why appear clips only from Ricochet and not appear clips from The others season 2 episodes?
Jesus was played wrong just sayin
I wish I have had the chance to act in this production ❤ I love what you did❤
I find it amazing that they only had 6 weeks to build 4 house robots! Then again its always like that in film and tv productions. You get bugger all time to build often very complex things.
It took ten days to build sir killalot
44:00 yes folks that is the driver of the famous Chaos 2 team before Chaos 2 was formed
Seems a very high level of entry in the UK given most people don't have a workshop in their house nor the space
Opening to Doctor Who The Davison Years Opening to Doctor who The McCoy years
Tenian que dejarle todas esas escenas y ponerla para adultos y ya
I love this Sound of Music This was the first play i love the start no hills from that part
Didn't like the Emcee. But not bad for a high school show.
Great performance, I have been to many school performances and this is Bast so far.
9:04 that still scared me when, Velma is screech at Daphne.
How is it, there is no bed for Maria ? This is the first version of " The Sound of Music," where there is no bed .
They did a good job. It is not an easy show to perform.
Good for a high school production
Andrea Smith Valls - here's hoping she plays Eva on Broadway one day. She deserves it. Excellent performance.
VHS in the metal tin. Great coming back and watching this with adult eyes. How many kids were inspired into being technical people by this series
