While trimming my African Tulip tree this past Sunday afternoon, I noticed this cute little creature climbing around in the branches I had cut down. I filmed him, then let him return to his natural habitat that he came from. I wanted to keep him really. But I believe he is much better off just being in my tree ;)) Aloha! from Kailua Kona, Hawaii...ya'll ;)

I was at this show. What a band, William Clarke was unbelievable.
'll never forget seeing William and Jeanette at the Peabody Memphis collect best blues song 1991 for "it must be jelly" after he played the King Biscuit show. I saw the band walking down Beale to eat at the corner opposite BB kings, Bill with suit and shades looking about 10 feet tall. Man oh man! Whadda sight.
Bloomfield said "he is the blues".
Mr William Clark harmonica gangster , everybody listens when he talks ! Wonderful band ! !
Butterfield was great as usual but the band seemed to be a bunch of jazz musicians.
Joe Foy!
Wonderful ❤
Amazing man :-)
Kim's in the same league as Little Walter, Sonny Boy I & II, Walter Horton, George Smith, James Cotton and Lazy Lester from a skills standpoint. All the others being creators as one and only difference. He's one of a kind. Thanks for sharing this gem.

Is James Shane still alive?
One of the best ever and one of the finest people I’ve ever met. My buddy and I play harp and we’d jam with Bill when he’d play locally. He was a great friend
When you want to get as close as possible to the original African American blues legends get your chops together come up with great tunes like this and play like you mean it!!! Many try few succeed and Clarke was about the best!

If Butter was in the news, how would these experts not know him?
This is amusing! Of course Paul Butterfield is the man with the piercing eyes and who looks COOL.
Killer lineup thanks Donnie Marvelous
Those cats maybe swinging but that's not really what was required.
The Samuel Bros. Andy, an amazing guitarist in his own right, mentored me on bass many years ago, giving me a James Brown album, telling me , listen to this guy. Didn’t tel me to play LIKE him, just listen, and I got the message.
Priceless clip! I love this!
I recall seeing him many times playing in and around Sacto. One thing that struck me the most was his pure clean tone using a Strat. I have never forgotten that tone!
Numero uno dellarmonica
My favorite blues band
Donnie - This is an awesome song and version...thanks you. Are there any other videos out there of John doing this tune...,maybe with better audio? It is such a fantastic song! thanks again!
I agree with another post - dumbest questions ever. How could those answers possibly reveal the real PB?
Seen him twice but never realized what I was witnessing also he played the harp mainly upside down throughout his life
Savoy Argyle Hopkins Lowe lll.
The band was messing up behind him during the vocal chorus.
Epic! Just…EPIC! Loved this one thank you.
Left your three sons too soon...miss you💞
This is William Clarke. The man was a fuckin MONSTER.
William brought a lot on the harmonica blues stage. Huge commitment. Fierce player, hi-energy...just a few like him thru decades, I believe... Bunch of personal licks inspired by horns, organ and gtr I think. He was thinking out of the box to me. Needed if you want to bring something new in the blues harmonica world ((; HE DID IT 💙 And thx much Donnie!!
Thank you Donnie for posting this gem!!! I love when he transitions to the diatonic and hits the money maker! Awesome!
Junior på høyere side, fyller opp hele lydbildet med noe bare Junior kan, ufattelig vakkert.
Rip Paul
"UnTapped Blues and Brews" was my show we started in 1997 and eventually handed it off in 2009. We brought so many fantastic bands to Eastern Washington, many that no one had ever heard before: classic blues musicians (ex. Willie Big Eyes Smith), New Orleans stars and even a trio from Australia, plus it was a great opportunity to showcase some Northwest greats (ex. Paul DeLay, Linda Hornbuckle, Junkyard Jane....). A great decade+ of my life!!! Thanks to the late Donnie MorTone for capturing this moment of fabulous music by some of the most talented musicians ever!! (Hear Donnie at 2:36 "Go Ben Go!")
WOW Wow wow
What a hoot! Who knew Butterfield was on this show? “Born in Chicago” by Nick Gravenites still living and playing in Sonoma County where I live.
unreal !
Awesome
Funny they put an African-American in thinking the panel would just figure since it's blues it's gotta be him; but his Dylan flub ruled him out quick. It was weird to hear Tom Posten use the term "negro", as that's so out of fashion. But remember when it was Afro-American, then African-American...I guess too many syllables, so it just reverted to black. Actually #2 had me convinced
Stunning !!! Brilliant !!! Boss !!!
Who knew! One of the coolest guys on one of the most old-fashioned Quiz shows! Distinct cultural collision!
That’s real playin !
Wow! They each won $166? Enough to pay for a whole years rent!🤣
Is the band playing way too fast?
What a band ! What a clown in front.
Little did they know that Paul would lament the fact that blues was losing popularity and he would die of a heroin overdose. Jack Bruce was a better harp player.
Love jack, but no way was he a better harp player than Paul.
Not even close.@@nakim55
