Sir I have a inherited property and in my father's will , there is no mention any common passage but just because of me and my two sisters get the land completely backside from main road and my brother get a property which is front side of main road ... That's why we created a common passage by sharing our portion of land to access main road but during this demarcation it is not mentioned our plan that the common passage only kept for three sisters... NW a days after demarcation, my brother claimed the right to the common passage, in that case can he get the easement right over the common passage

40 people are residing in an area and their families pathway are same but the path is attached to village's temple and the walking land is actually irrigation land but they can't be able to pukka road because of some villagers are appeal it as temples land but its not.
