4:30 - Good for you, for correcting yourself (onscreen) about calling the bison "buffalo." Major kudos for that. Some people don't even know that there are no buffalo in North America, so they could only have been bison.

This is my favorite DreamWorks movie. Has been since I first saw in back in early 2006. I borrowed it from my brother-in-law's parents (right around the time he married my sister).

Como no me enteré de este video? Algo a notar, Lucifer, sin duda, un pesimo padre, despues de este episodio mejora, pero antes, ni se diga. Pero ahora si, Lucifer dio su opinion del infierno, de los pecadores, sin ves, es una opinión igual a la que tiene Adan y en general el cielo, solo porque hay personajes carismáticos no hay que olvidar que es el Infierno, el lugar de tormento para humanos que cometieron actos viles o cualquier otro requisito para no ser aceptado en el cielo, al final Lucifer no apoya porque crea en la redención, solo comenzo a hacer lo que un padre debe hacer, apoyar a sus hijos incluso si no tienes fe en lo que hace. Si hay algo que no me gusta es el rumbo que fue tomando la serie con esto de Infierno bueno, Paraiso malo, Lucirer se interpreta como un soñador al que el cielo desterro y limito sus "alas" pero no olvidemos que es culpa suya que el pecado surgiera en la humanidad, en esta historia puede que no fuera por maldad, pero al final es el responsable. Otro punto, es obvio que quieren al Cielo como enemigos publicos de Charlie, cuando el verdadero villano final muy probablemente sea Alastor.

So everyone of course finds Perito's path through the forest to be hilarious and cute, and it is, but it's actually pretty damn dark when you look at it a bit closer Pocket Full of Posies - Reference to the Black Death and how people would carry around pockets full of herbs, posies in particular, in order to try and block out the smell of rotting corpses River of Relaxation - Reference to the River Styx, the river that the dead went down on the way to the underworld. Also given that Perito was nearly drowned in a river, kind of doubles as a personal reminder of that Field of Quick and Easy Solutions - Full on reference to suicide, what many would consider a very quick and very easy solution to most problems~ So yeah, Perito's path through the forest is loaded with dark humor hidden underneath the colorful whimsy. Yet another example of just how hard this movie goes

I feel like this movie should be looked at in schools because the themes and the deep messages are really deep and you can find so many!

I have to say, your reaction is by far my favourite out of any I've seen! You notice the littlest of details that make this movie so great! And your editing style is so entertaining too!! As for my favourite line delivery in this film, it has to be Puss line after Kitty tells him to keep out of her lives: "Kitty, Death is after me!!" It's such a simple line, but so well delivered. The prideful, boastful Puss in Boots facade has completely shattered as he finally succumbs to his fear. He sounds so frightened, terrified that Death can track him down even here and get him. And so he chooses to tell it to the only person he trusts, hoping that Kitty will perhaps save him from the cold but tight grip of Death. It's so full of fear and repressed emotion and I adore it for that reason!! Anyway, this was an awesome video!! 🤗

It is worth noting that Death isn't really a villain. More like an anti hero like Hades. He's just doing his job

Ah, yes, one of the biggest mysteries of the show. Who has Alastor on a leash? Lilith is the obvious answer thanks to the coinciding 7 year gap of both of them being missing and her very powerful status in Hell, and she's one of the very few known characters that make sense, but she's so obvious that I think it's just as likely that she's a red herring and it ends up somebody completely different.

I enjoyed that hotep and huy introduced their gods during their show of force, because it foreshadowed God completely insulting the highest pantheon of Egyptian gods and what they represented, in the form of the 10 plagues. sun god: darkness God of crops: locusts God of nile: blood / frogs Fertility: death of first born god of night: outer darkness God of healing/protection: boils and infirmity Etc

Como alguien que tiene el español como idioma nativo, aprecio el hecho de que uses subtitulos en español oara esta peli, buenardo. On another note, as much as Big Jack Horner is mostly a joke character, i like that he is kind of a reflection of what puss could've become if he didn't learn to appreciation his life, a selfish, arrogant and self-centered asshole. I also appreciate that he doesn't have much of a reason for being evil, he had it all as a kid until Pinocchio upstaged him and then he became obsessed with magic, no other reason, some people are just that horrible.

For some reason, people call Death just an antagonist. But no, he is a VILLAIN. He wants to end Puss' life prematurely. He doesn't want to teach him a lesson, he doesn't want to "just do his job". He wants to KILL puss. They even say it in the movie. "I'll take this last one, NOW" "That's cheating!" "Shh, don't tell." It would be different if puss had already lost his 9th life, and had somehow managed to escape him. Then it would be him just doing his job. But no, he has a personal vendetta against puss, he wants to KILL him.

I remember going to see this in theaters and i started crying in the middle of the theater. I had just gotten temporary custody of my niece after literally moving into my first ever apartment only 4 days prior. I literally had a mattress without even a box spring or bedframe, a microwave, a TV with a dvd player on a folding table and literally just the day before I had thrifted a pullout couch because I was looking forward to being able to hang out with my BFF. And then boom, i now have a child in my lap who just lost her Dad, was ripped from her mom, just reaching her hormonal stage and used to rule the roost back home (whatever she wanted, she got, right there and then). That didn't fly in my home growing up and it wasn't going to fly in MY home. So me and the niece butted heads a lot and that on top of everything with having my first true independence (im autistic so it took me forever to feel comfortable enough to move out.). To say i felt stressed in an understatement. My emotional support dog (Luna) was the only thing keeping me pushing when I was at my breaking point. And my aunt could see it. So one day she invited me and the niece to a movie and we ended up seeing this movie. I cried when Purito helped Puss through the panic attack. My Luna has done the same thing when my panic attacks come. Just placing her head on my and letting me hold unto her helps me through it.

At this point the reaction is amazing and also had big "and they were roommates" energy :D but yeah, we all cry at Promise, it's just inevitable
