Why the hell do they call it coupon and not just interest rate?

While this video is correct, the understanding of the inverse relationship is better described by showing how prevailing interest rates effect the PRICE rather than how price effects the yield. It’s the interest rate that drive the price, not the other way around. Also how price is affected by the term left on the bond for the total yield.

All fine and good, but I'm pretty sure the titles are mixed up here. A lender is the giver and the borrower is the taker.

I am from Uzbekistan and I am using this method of payment to transfer money and making cross payments to suppliers and in trading business it helps us a lot to pay and import the goods in the shortest time.

Wouldn’t it be more fair if the PEF gets the revenue equivalent to the money down? So if they put 10 percent down they get 10 percent of the revenue, once they pay of bank and get another 10 percent down they get another 10 percent of the revenue, etc etc. That just seems like common sense to me but maybe I’m missing something. I guess it would force the equity firms to pay their fair share which is a big Nono these days lol
