Hi thanks for your comment! No I went in kind of slap dash. I should have prepped the surface beforehand with something but what I ended up doing was just sanding the area I was going to paint once I ran into problems. I then sealed it afterwards with a clear sealer. You should be fine sanding it as long as any old surface treatments are taken off and then giving it a good wipe down. You might get better results with gesso to start but i dont think its necessary

The Pixar movies are due to either the Disney Pixar partnership in the 90’s and early 00’s before 2006 and any after that point are technically Disney Movies in their entirety since disney purchased Pixar. I did any movie listed on Disney’s archive and some that were merely distributed by them in the US (aka the studio Ghibli ones)

So it was a process but basically at the time I was making this I found a list of all the disney movies and put them in chronological order. And then I made a list of all the pages and matched a movie to each page (trying to make sure all movies were included) Some pages I knew exactly what to do and others I rewatched the movie for ideas. Thanks so much for your comment! Good luck with your journal! Also this was my second wreck this journal. I highly recommend having one you just do it and let your creativity play without thinking about showing it to ppl
