SEATED MOBILITY WORKOUT FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH MS
This is a 10 minute seated workout to support people living with multiple sclerosis. Exercise can improve neuroplasticity in people living with multiple sclerosis (MS),
That means by repeating challenging movements you can encourage your brain to find new neural pathways. or strengthen existing ones.
While exercising it's important to focus on breathing ,inhaling through your nose and exhale through your mouth as evenly and consistently as possible.
And focus on the muscles you're working during each exercise to encourage neuroplasticity.
Everyone is unique so take things at your own pace and take a break if you need to.
Remember healthy new habits take time to create something so please allow yourself time to commit to regular exercise.

      @@healthyself7980After your video, I added that to my workout, but I did 10 sets of 16 on 60sec, I will work up to sets if 20 on the 60sec… it’s a great strengthening workout w/ great cardio ✅
