Passat B7 Installing window bushing into hole (the easy way) (2012 model shown here)

This bushing (or whatever it is) fell out of the hole which basically disconnects the window from the regulator. You can get it started by hand but is a huge pain to get it all the way in and flush. Here I show you what tools and the methods I used to get that thing all the way in the window. Hope this helps.

You did not have much plastic to remove on that mounting frame. So i like your slow but steady approach. Another idea would be to screw the frame to a piece of wood, clamp the wood to the drill press, then use a hole saw. Gotta go slow with delicate plastic. Your method more foolproof. Also, the back side of that tweeter is exposed to the cabinet. Glue gun method seals off any possible bass air leaks around the tweeter. Polk glued them in for same reason. The gasket just seals the mounting frame.
