Hello Dawn. Loved seeing your stitching and catching up with you today. I think your version of the temperature game will get you some finishes and it will be fun to see what develops with the 1000 stitches on your full coverage. I have just discovered Pinklily designs, in fact I was stitching one of her Christmas gnomes whilst I was watching you, I bought a number of her patterns over the blackfriday period, I love them but they are all rather large - they are stitching up really beautifully though. Hi Dawn! Thanks for the shout out about my Trick or Treat. You've got lots of great progress, especially with the temp stitching. I'm doing 30 min a day on a Stitches Sew Beautiful chart this month for their monthly challenge and it's neat because it pushes me to get more progress on all the WIPs I touch that day instead of those 30 min 'stealing' time from my main WIP. I like Merry Mushroom Cottage too. I put it on my wishlist so I can figure out what size/version I want of it. Happy stitching! -Kim H

I love the idea of using the temperature stitching to focus on non-full coverage, I may adopt that myself because mine just get ignored.

Good plan to work on non full-coverage more often so you get the satisfaction of seeing more progress. Then stitch one of your full-coverage designs. Best of both worlds. Happy stitching!

Wow, I LOVED your long video. And you made it so interesting, thanks for that. I also like your plans, just make sure you don't stress yourself when you cannot achieve one or the other..... It doesn't matter!!!!!!! You purchased some very lovely patterns. I understand not having plans. Lately I have enjoyed just stitching what calls to me. All 3 of my kids have moved out. I understand 😢. But…….now my oldest son , his wife and 2 babies live here. So my house is full again ❤

I enjoyed your video and all your projects. The wonderful animal kingdom is really going to be beautiful. I can’t wait to see progress on it. I usually just grab 4-5 random WIPS and work on them awhile till I’m tired of them and then move on to some different ones. I’m embarrassed to say I have about 60 WIPS and I love every one of them. When I worked 2 jobs and my girls were teenagers there wasn’t time to stitch so I went several years without stitching and so I’m retired, girls are grown and I enjoy the process so much. I don’t really worry about progress I just try to really enjoy the WIP I’m working on at the time. Your projects are so big it would be hard to see much progress at 100 stitches at a time but if that works for you then that’s good.

Can I just say that I love you are not afraid to start things you love. Oh gosh that’s horrible that you have to frog that one piece. I don’t blame you… I would probably just restart it too. I’m an apple girl also minus my tablet that I bought just for pattern keeper. (And my work computer but that doesn’t count cause it’s not mine 😂)

For Santa's Enchanted ... (don't remember the full name) that you didn't want to stitch the white parts, I think you can mark off all the whites as done on your markup softward and you should be good.

Maybe you’d like spinning the wheel and stitch on said project until you’re ready to spin the wheel again. Leave it all a mystery for us and yourself. Especially because you’re busy with work so much. Keep you excited and interested in your stitching.

I really love your projects. Im also a 14ct/16ct stitcher. My started HAED's look so beautiful already 🥰 But you know what? I looked back at the FB HAED goup site and I never found this Halloween freebee. I love it. How would I still get it, would you know? Keep going doing one stitch after the other, don't push yourself into something, only because others can do like 2000 or even 5000 stitches in per month. I love all the Amiee Stewert charts. Not sure if I'll ever get to stitch one, but they look amazing when someone stitches them.

I enjoyed seeing all your beautiful pieces. That butterfly is unfortunately not correct. The colours are so pretty, but you stitched all the stitches of the page overlap twice.

I love your video and commend you for all that you have and do on your plate. I retired early to take care of my 90 year old mom. I also take care of the outside and inside of my place by myself. There are times my girls and sil come to my aid, very grateful for them. But I also do find time to stitch, that is my happy place. I have thought about a haed but maybe sometime later. Enjoy and thank you bunches.

I always enjoy your updates and love your new patterns. I’m impressed you get as much done as you do working two jobs and being a mom :)
