    Reading some comments below, I would like to lovingly point out that in the Holy Bible, 2 Thessalonians 2:14 "Therefore, brethren, stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned, whether by word, or by our epistle." I challenge you to open your eyes no matter how hard it might be. Jesus said, "Pick up your cross and follow me". Also, Matthew 23:3, "All things therefore whatsoever they shall say to you, observe and do: but according to their works do ye not; for they say, and do not." Prayerfully contemplate these scriptures.

    Then I was shown a company who were howling in agony. On their garments was written in large characters, “Thou art weighed in the balance, and found wanting.” I asked who this company were. The angel said, “These are they who have once kept the Sabbath and have given it up.” I heard them cry with a loud voice, “We have believed in Thy coming, and taught it with energy.” And while they were speaking, their eyes would fall upon their garments and see the writing, and then they would wail aloud. I saw that they had drunk of the deep waters, and fouled the residue with their feet-trodden the Sabbath underfoot-and that was why they were weighed in the balance and found wanting. @@AbisJourney Sister I’ve been reading Ellen Whites books and I truely believe that she is the prophetess of God. She emphasises about the Sabbath and it is important because it is the Law of God. For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all. -James 2 : 10. If we keep the 9 commandments and stumble upon the Sabbath we are guilty of all. God loves you and He will help you get back to becoming an Adventist. This is God’s true church.

      This is the character of the Adventist message. Members of a church that is cursed 3 times by the bible, teaches doctrines of anti-Christ, Teaches doctrines of demons and whose Spirit of Prophecy is an abomination to God is not a Christian Church. No, those who associate and believe in this church are destined to be eternally separated from Christ (Matthew 7:21-23). The Seventh-day Adventist church is a wretched and cursed church due to its doctrines and its chief Seer. The SDA church is cursed for its false gospel (Gal. 1:6-9), cursed for its reliance on the law (Rev. 14:12) being command keepers (Gal. 3:10), teachings of anti-Christ because it denies the one final atonement of Christ (1 Jn. 2:22), a church with a founder which God declared abominable (Deut. 18:11-12) for necromancy and a church that teaches doctrines of demons (1 Tim 4:1-4) forbidding marriage and askance from foods.

Jesus said, "follow Me" you're ether a follower of Jesus who will always go to His Word. or a christian who will always go to pauls letter. you cannot mix both what the serpent did to eve & then adam, is what paul did & is affecting many today. Hi thanks for commenting. To confirm, are you saying Paul isn’t inspired by the Holy Spirit? The Bible tells us that the Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit. The Word shows us apostle Paul was chosen and sent by God. When Paul had a personal opinion, he would say "I speak as a man". He wrote of difficult things to understand but the True Holy Spirit can help us understand Paul’s letters as God intends us to.

      No, she made a great choice to leave the non-Christian Adventists. Seventh-day Adventists who are baptized believers in Adventist doctrine (28 Beliefs) are not Christian. Adventism teaches doctrines which are cursed in the bible. For example, the Adventist gospel message of 3 Angels Messages is not found in the bible and according to Gal. 1:6-9 this gospel is cursed. A church which preaches a gospel which is cursed is not Christian. Adventism is not Christian and not part of the larger Protestant Christian community. Galatians 1:6-9: I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.

    A warning to us all: Throughout history there have been many who have downplayed and or have rejected outrightly the writings of the prophets even to the point that some have even murdered them. Mathew 23: 36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. 37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! 38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. Notice, closely how our Lord ties the writings of the prophets with His own offer of salvation. To deny one is to deny the other and to accept the one is to accept the other. This is important if we are going to have a clear understanding of the gospel. The destruction of Jerusalem is a type of the destruction of this world ( Mathew 24). The Jews at the 1st advent of Christ had rejected the writings of the prophets in regard to His 1st advent. The prophecies of Isaiah, Daniel shed light upon His coming even giving the precise timing of his birth, baptism and death. The ceremonies, sabbaths and new moons pointed to Christ coming. The whole service of the sanctuary was interwoven into the Jewish economy - the Jews were given the oracles and covenants of God ( RO 3: 2-3), to bless the world with, this was in direct fulfilment of the prophecies of His coming. Both the major and minor prophets pointed out the time and purpose of His coming. The Jews in looking for national greatness mistook the work of the messiah, they were blinded by their pride, they misunderstood the writings of the prophets and were therefore unprepared, rejecting the Messiah. They looked for deliverance from the Roman yoke and from the oppression, longing for a king that would reign over all the nations with a rod of iron. Jesus came in fulfilment of prophecy but the people did not expect him or accept His message. In rejecting the prophets and the prophecies they were not prepared to receive Him. The gospel, the glad tidings ( the good news ), of Christ birth, death and resurrection had a direct fulfilment to the words of the prophets. Christ's words alluded to this when addressing those who were despisers of truth. John 5:46-47 King James Version (KJV) For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words? Today we are observing in the church a gospel that rejects the writings of the Old Testament (OT) prophecies. Many are rising in our ranks questioning the prophetic role of Ellen G. White. They are questioning from external sources the writings of the Spirit of Prophecy, believing contradictory information of the Scriptural scholarship and integrity of Ellen G. white. They do this at their own peril even as the Jews did. Many have left the church. Sadly, many more, will continue to leave - believing that they know better and or have been somehow mistaken in their faith and fellowship to the Seventh day Adventist church. They have come to believe that their own experience ( emotional reasoning) evidently, gives them ample reason or sufficient evidence to disregard the writing of Ellen G white. The writings of the prophetess stand the test of time and her writings will continue to prepare a people to stand without fault before the throne room of God. I have witnessed in my lifetime those that disregard her visions, instructions and testimonies. They soon cease to uphold the law, disregard the 7th day Sabbath and lose the peculiarity that sets the children of God apart from the children of this world. I have heard it over and over by proponents who espouse a gospel that emphasises liberty from an emotional standpoint rather than divine reasoning that comes from the application of the principles of Scripture. Many are leaving the Adventist church in believing they have entered a new phase in their own experience. They see Christ from a viewpoint that His death and resurrection are outside the Adventist understanding of the atonement. I would like to emphasis that a gospel that is outside the understanding of the Sanctuary is a perversion of the gospel of Christ. Galatians 1: 6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. Christ's death and resurrection can only be understood in the services of the Sanctuary. It is not a completed work at the cross. The cross is the power of God that sheds light to the Ministry of our High priest in Heaven, the gospel presents "Christ in you" the hope of glory. Here is where many error in the acceptance of a gospel that tells us to only believe in a completed work and not in a work that is coming to a completion in the Sanctuary above. A work that Christ does upon the heart, coming to the maturity of the graces of Christ, unto perfection of character. Christ's work in the Sanctuary fulfils the new covenant experience in our hearts (writing His laws upon our mind and heart ), when the Bible speaks of a new covenant it is not in opposition of the old covenant ( do and live). It's new in that Christ has fulfilled the old covenant and now administers His own life, delivering us from the condemnation of the law, by the Spirit of God in our hearts. This is faith. This is the gospel. The Just shall live by faith. Hebrews 8 8 Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; 2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. There is no liberty in accepting a gospel outside the sanctuary. The everlasting gospel is precious and is present truth to the Seventh day Adventist church for the proclamation of the gospel. Many have never experienced the righteousness of faith that is found in the gospel because of the prejudices against the warnings and teachings of the prophets and surrendering to be led by them. Make no mistake, Ellen G, White is here included in the timely messages of the prophets. There is no peace in a gospel that excludes the teachings of the prophets. let us not ever believe that we can trust in our own experience to be our guide to faith we need to faithfully adhere to the writings of the prophets: Proverbs 29:18-19 King James Version (KJV) Where there is no vision, the people perish: But he that keepeth the law, happy is he. A servant will not be corrected by words: For though he understand he will not answer. There have been many others over the years since the beginning of the advent moment both of laity and leadership who have struggled with accepting the writings of Ellen G White and sadly, have come to believe that her writings contradict the Bible. They have questioned her role as prophet in the last days and whether or not she spoke in the capacity of a prophet's role. There are others who have been confronted with the realisation that they must either accept all her writings or none at all. I make no apologies - many have argued themselves out of the church. May we prayerfully, study and accept the gospel presented in the Sanctuary. @ Christopher sweeney

      You like the visions of Ellen White? kK here is one that failed and is clear proof Ellen White is a false prophet: At a conference in Battle Creek in 1856 she gave a "vision" where she said some of these at this conference would be translated to heaven. *Spoiler alert, none were translated to heaven and all are now food for worms:* “But we were yet to pass through another severe trial. At the conference a very solemn vision was given me. *I saw that some of those present would be food for worms, some subjects for the seven last plagues, and some would be translated to heaven at the second coming of Christ, without seeing death.”* White, Ellen. Spiritual Gifts. Vol. 2. Ellen G. White Estate, Inc., 1860/2011, p. 209 Matthew 7:15-20 "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. (16) You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? (17) So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. (18) A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. (19) Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Yes he did and it is every recorded and acknowledged in your official church magazines, one example is below: *“The year 1844 is most important to Seventh-day Adventists. For a number of years prior to 1844, William Miller preached the imminent return of Jesus, finally setting October 22, 1844, as the Second Advent date.* The day passed without Christ's return. The bitter disappointment described in Revelation 10:9, 10 caused most believers to give up, another smaller group to continue for a few years, and the third handful-" the scattered flock" (so called in 1847)-to form a believing remnant. They still expected the Advent. They rechecked their computations for 1844. It dawned On them that the date was correct, but not the event. Under divine guidance, they concluded that, in 1844, the High Priest went from one ministry to another in heaven rather than from heaven to earth. Thus 1844 was the time when Christ moved His ministry from the first apartment into the second apartment to begin the investigative judgment.” “God Introduces the Three Angels” Sabbath School Lessons. Jul-Aug-Sept 1988, p. 85 William Miller was a false prophet and Adventism is built on the foundation of his false prophecy

    Christ’s crucifixion did not change the moral laws. That is absurd to even suggest such a thing. Here is what the Bible has to say about the immutability of the laws of God. Matthew 5:17-18 (KJV) 17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

    • @AcademyApologia
      @AcademyApologia 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Adventists are so bible ignorant and it is easy to prove. Your comment intends to show "Jesus would not change the Law, but that is NOT what Jesus said. Do you realize you just misquoted Jesus and completely distorted His words? Read the whole verse and accurately quote what Jesus said *He did not come to destroy.* Notice Jesus said he was not going to destroy -“the Law or the Prophets.” You just focus on the _Law_ and ignore _the Prophets._ However, Jesus said he was not coming to destroy two things: The Law and The Prophets. The phrase “Law and Prophets” is a reference to the Hebrew Scriptures (Genesis to Malachi). There are 9 references to “The Law and Prophets” in the New Testament [below] and every time it is a reference to the entire Hebrew Scriptures (Genesis to Malachi). Your only quote the “Law” and ignore “The Prophets” and in doing so, you misquote Jesus. For example, Jesus as the coming Messiah was foretold in the Hebrew Scriptures (Law and Prophets). There is an account of Phillip who describes his discovery of Jesus and realizes Jesus is the Messiah spoken of in the “Law and the Prophets” or the Hebrew Scriptures: John 1:45 ESV “Philip found Nathanael and said to him, *"We have found him of whom Moses in the Law and also the prophets wrote,* [Hebrew Scriptures] Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph." Jesus said he did not come to destroy the Hebrew Scriptures (The Law and the Prophets). He did not separate the Law from the Prophets, that is what you just did in you misquote of Christ. Are you so comfortable misquoting Jesus? You should not and you need to cease misquoting my Savior immediately. //////////////////// *REFERENCES* //////////////////// Matthew 5:17 "Do not think that I have come to abolish *the Law or the Prophets;* I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.” Matthew 7:12 "So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is *the Law and the Prophets.”* Matthew 11:13 “For all *the Prophets and the Law* prophesied until John” Matthew 22:40 On these two commandments depend all *the Law and the Prophets."* Luke 16:16 *"The Law and the Prophets* were until John; since then the good news of the kingdom of God is preached, and everyone forces his way into it.” John 1:45 “Philip found Nathanael and said to him, "We have found him of whom Moses in *the Law and also the prophets* wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph." Acts 13:15 “After the reading from *the Law and the Prophets,* the rulers of the synagogue sent a message to them, saying, "Brothers, if you have any word of encouragement for the people, say it." Acts 28:23 “When they had appointed a day for him, they came to him at his lodging in greater numbers. From morning till evening he expounded to them, testifying to the kingdom of God and trying to convince them about Jesus both from *the Law of Moses and from the Prophets.”* Romans 3:21 “But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although *the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it”*

      I know about Seventh-day Adventist.

      @@Loveabounds. Apparently you don't' understand your own doctrine. But I am here to help: The SDA church teaches a false gospel and according the scriptures (Gal. 1:6-8) is cursed for this false 3 angels gospel. The SDA church has consistently preached this gospel message and continues to declare it, such as publishing it as the official mission statement of the SDA church. The Saving Gospel is defined in I Cor. 15:1-4 as the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and this gospel was received by him from Jesus (Gal. 1:11-12). The gospel message of the SDA church is composed of the gospel messages of these three angels (Sabbath worship, fate of Babylon and reject Mark of the Beast). The SDA gospel is not the same gospel as the saving Gospel of the Bible divinely revealed to the Apostle Paul and because the SDA teach a false gospel they are accursed (Galatians 1:8) The SDA church also makes it clear it cannot preach the gospel of the Apostle Paul (1) and states this message is a message for "the day." However, the SDA church errors from the bible. The Apostle Paul taught that anyone preaching "any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed" (Gal. 1:8) (2) and this gospel he received by divine revelation of Jesus (Gal. 1:11-12) (3). The Apostle Paul defines the saving gospel in I Corinthians 15:1-4 (4). Because the SDA church cannot preach the saving gospel of the Apostle Paul (1), it has placed the curse of Galatians 1:6-8 upon its own head and preaches a gospel that the Apostle Paul never taught or preached. *REFERENCES* 1. “To the Seventh-day Adventist Church has been committed, this message. The everlasting gospel was preached by Noah, by Abraham, by Paul and Peter, and by all the prophets and apostles of past ages. It was preached in the setting appropriate to their day. We cannot preach this gospel message as Noah preached it, or as Paul or Luther gave it. It is for us to preach it in the setting of God's great threefold message of Revelation 14.” The Advent and Sabbath Review Herald. November 29, 1934. p.1 2. Galatians 1:6-8: I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. 3. Galatians 1:11-12 For I would have you know, brothers, that the gospel that was preached by me is not man's gospel. (12) For I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ. 4. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4: Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you-unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures

    There are some questions that needs to be answered by the evangelical people and by you sister in Christ: - if the law of the ten commandments was given only to the Jews by which law was Sodom and Gomorah judged? - by which law was Cain judged? - if sin is defined as the transgression of the law, does it mean that there was no sin until the giving of the of the law at Sinai's mountain? - if according to the evangelicals salvation inthe OT was by works and in the NT is by faith, can someone point out a person who got saved by works? - if Moses build the tabernacle according to the pattern shown him, and Paul and John saw Jesus in the real, original temple, ministering before the ark, and the law was preserved in the ark, how is the ten commandments no more valid today, how are we not judged by the same law? - if Jesus is our Sabbath rest, and so the Sabbath was ceremonial, pointing forward to this "truth", where do you find evidence that the fourth commandment was ceremonial and the rest of the law not?

      Ellen White is a proven false prophet. At a conference in Battle Creek in 1856 she gave a "vision" where she said some of these at this conference would be translated to heaven. The new covenant is still based on God’s laws. Hebrews 8:10 (KJV) For this [is] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: Why do so many people claim to believe in the new covenant, yet throw out the laws of God? Salvation is by faith, but faith without works is dead. The moral laws are still in effect. Matthew 5:17-19 (KJV) 17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. Revelation 14:12 (KJV) Here is the patience of the saints: here [are] they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

      You can choose to live under and in obedience to the “obsolete” Old Testament law (Heb. 8:13), but in doing so you are under a “curse” (Gal 3:10-11). I choose not to live under the "ministry of death carved in letters of stone" (II Cor. 3:7) as you so proudly declare. Enjoy the curse of choosing to live under the ministry of death while following an obsolete covenant. --------------------------------------- // REFERENCES // --------------------------------------- Hebrews 8:13 In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. *And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.* Galatians 3:10-11 *For all who rely on works of the law are under a curse; for it is written,* "Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them." Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for "The righteous shall live by faith." 2 Corinthians 3:7 Now if *the ministry of death, carved in letters on stone,* came with such glory that the Israelites could not gaze at Moses' face because of its glory, which was being brought to an end

      @@TruthLightSonata The Great disappointment in 1844 was a multidenominational movement. It was after that movement that the Seventh-day Adventist took form. The apostles also had a terrible disappointment when Jesus was crucified. They believed He had come to set up His earthly kingdom and were sorely disappointed when He did not. It was after His death that they reflected on the words He spoke concerning Himself. They began to study with new focus; prayed and confessed theirs sins to each other. This was the birth of the Christian church.
