You should be way more thorough when dispensing advice on caring for living things. While what you’re proposing can be done safely you don’t give details on potential harm you can cause. Bleach and baking soda are never good for cats and need to be dealt with carefully or better yet not at all.

This is by far the best crate training video from sooo many I have watched! Your tips are so helpful…. Up to now changing to small entrance and moving bowl to back. I had already been throwing treats in there for a while…. Day 4 any treat, lick mat she is fully in the crate before i even get there. Can you tell me where i download the guide please? I switched to a stainless steel litter box, and it's a real game-changer! Plastic is porous and absorbs odors over time, making it impossible to completely deep clean. Plus, little bits of plastic start to peel at the bottom with their scratching creating scratch marks, which allows even _more_ bacteria to sit down in there. But with stainless steel, I just give it a little swish around with water and Dawn dish soap, and everything comes right out!

Pretty apartment, and I bet it works well, but I still wouldn't recommend using bleach around cat urine, and the fact that it attracts cats, isn't a good thing. It's a bad thing. If the cat is attracted to it, that means there is still bleach present, even if we can't smell it ourselves anymore, and as most are familiar with, bleach and the amonia from cat urine is hard core poisonous often related to the similarities of mustard gas. I get that it's only 10% and rinsed afterwards, but why even go there if there are other alternatives?

@5:25 you say kitten's should eat 4 meal's a day, then reduces to two meal's. So just reducing frequency but increase portion size so they still get 3% total a day? Or reduce to 1.5% Thank you!

Wow thank you so much for taking the time to create this super helpful video. This was my concern, I have recently after 1 year started to give my Dog tic supplement, but I felt an inner conflict, as I take no medication and I don't believe in them, then I asked why am i giving my dog. So now I am learning from you, I realize I have to take the time to educate myself better, and I already feel called to start giving him preventive treatments such as small amounts of garlic and oils etc. Instead of buying a medication which I wouldn't want in my own body as you rightly said. You are doing a service to humanity and even though you may not have as many viewers I believe as human awareness rises, more people will become aware of the benefits of using natural methods and let go of the old medications unless it is absolutely needed as you mentioned.

At 5:50 you mentioned they did a test on a dog shelter by counting fleas and then later you say that there was a 76% reduction in ticks. Ticks and fleas arent the same thing. And tickless as far as I know is meant for tick only, nothing else.

Well this video was useless, I use food grade DE, I’ve had the same organic container for years. Because a little goes a long way and my cat prefers it to baths & drops.

You definitely sound like you know what you’re doing but just in case you didn’t know this, cleaning litter box with bleach can be really dangerous if not done properly because bleach mixed with cat urine creates mustard gas, which can kill you quickly. This has happened to many people who didn’t know. There is ammonia in cat urine.

My 11 lb dog has been wearing a raw amber collar non stop, for 6 months with no fleas. We walk everyday and there are feral cats and raccoons, plus other dogs in the area. I wish I found this years ago. I bought more and got my sister to switch to Amber, because the oral meds make her dog sick. I go through Ambertick for my collars. I definitely do the baking soda sandwich method for about 6 years. And I don't scoop every day, mainly b/c I'm not here every day sometimes, and secondly, that's just too much, scooping 2-3 times a day. Who has time for that!?!.. I don't even pay attention to her bathroom schedule to even think about scooping..lol I scoop every 2-3 days, and still, I don't have a smell. And I am a fanatic about my house smelling. I also have 3 litter boxes out....lol 2 main ones my kitty uses and then one extra one, once I close the door to where her main ones are located. Baking soda is definitely a smell saver! It's a MUST in my litter boxes.
