Thank you so much! I was struggling with it for hours when I finally found your video. You helped me so much! THANK YOU

after I entered the command: sudo nano /etc/pulse/daemon.conf .(to replace the numbers and delete the >; < as in the video.) Then the command: systemctl --user restart pulseaudio.service, also shut down the PC, when rebooting the PC could not load further up as to the Ubuntu symbol @ the start!. I had to enter via BIOS. and last but not least, there is no sound anymore, only a dummy is displayed. but don't hear anything anymore Please someone would be kind enough to give me some good advice to get out of this mess

If you have a Steam Deck and following this guide, don’t bother. Instead find the EXE, right click on it, (left trigger if you can’t use a mouse) choose add to Steam, then go to the game in your library, choose the gear, press properties, press compatibility, and force it to use “Proton Experimental”. You should now be able to KNOW how to do it. Don’t actually do it. This is for educational use ONLY. ;)

Also you can download pre installed games that are just in a zip file. That doesn't go through any installer. You just run them through lutris and set up the wine prefix which is standard. Recently downloaded cracked rdr game for pc. Unzipped the game and it loaded in lutris just fine. I use Ubuntu but lutris is available everywhere and easy to work with.

BTW an update: no, the DisplayPort cable was not borked! I recently built a Desktop computer and I used that same DP cable (that I thought was borked at the time) just fine!

Since the official one seems to be completely sold out absolutely everywhere, I was thinking about getting one of these when i saw them on aliexpress. I'm not sure if they'll all work properly though, but if they don't restock I'll have no choice... Thanks for this informational video. By the way yeah the headset itself doesn't like sunlight, I saw it mentioned somewhere in the manual or the tutorial on ps5... A well-lit room without sunlight is what works best, lol.

Mano sério que vc fez um vídeo com o título testando o boosteriod no Brasil e ficou quase o vídeo inteiro mexendo no menu do app 😩 cara já inicia o vídeo dentro do game .... O que todo mundo quer ver e o jogo rodando é isso que interessa menu a gente mexe em casa
