10 MIN FULL BODY WARM UP ROUTINE | Stretching, Warm Up, No Repeat
Join me on this 10 min Warm Up for home or gym workouts! It's important to warm up before any workout. This short routine will help you mobilise your joints, release any stiffness and get you warmed up and ready for your workout.
As always, check in with a doctor if you are ill, pregnant or injured before you give any exercise video a go. With that being said, please listen out for any of the modifications I explain in the video that best suit your body.
