2022 Suzuki Hayabusa First 9.2x 1/4mile Pass Racing at the DragStrip in stock wheel base.
Ninez Under Racing's brand new 2022 Suzuki Hayabusa. This is the 3rd Generation Hayabusa.
It's the most refined and technologically advanced motorcycle from Suzuki.
Unlike the channels GSXR1000 the Hayabusa will not be getting stretched and staying stock wheelbase. I bought this bike with the intent of proving my riding skills.
Goal is to be the first in the 8s Stock Wheel Base
best 1/4mile is 9.26@152mph

    i think that link is unsafe, even you tighten the lock nuts, its still has chance that they might get loose due to vibration. ill go with the fixed one

      Even with the lock nuts loosened there is no way for the ends to rotate for the link to actually come apart. Very safe and been tested on extremely fast and powerful bikes. Obviously if you dont feel comfortable with the setup you can get a fixed setup instead.

      100% stock motor. full bolt ons. i run pump gas. usually runs in the 8.5s in the quarter

    Sometimes I am glad not to live in the USA when I see something like that. It might be good for a drag race, or just straight roads, but for normal road traffic, especially in curves, it is life threatening. The whole handling of the bike changes to the negative and makes the bike unsafe. For example, if you are stopped by the police in Germany with such a motorcycle, the motorcycle would be confiscated on the spot and the operating license of the vehicle is immediately invalid. If the belts were such a great thing, the motorcycle manufacturers would sell them as an option and it would be allowed all over Europe.

      thanks for you input. not sure if you watched the whole video and heard i specifically mentioned the strap is for TRACK USE ONLY. in another reply i also mentioned lowering the bike more than 1.5 can effect handling and NOT to lower any further than that.

    I have the lowering link for the back and will lower my gsxr650. I am thinking 1 to 1.5 inches. I am by no means a mechanic (lowered my previous bike though). But this is different, so I have a couple of questions: Is the lowering of the forks really necessary? And what do the straps and brackets do? Sorry, I require a bit more info. Great videos, helpful for sure! Thanks!

      you dont have to lower front forks. this bike is mainly setup for aggresive street riding but mainly drag racing. Front bracket gives a place for the strap to be mounted. The purpose of the strap is to further lower the front end when at the racetrack. main goal at track is the lowest possible to help prevent wheelie on the launch.

      Thanks so much for the reply. (Just seeing that) I put the lowering link in and added an adjustable kickstand. Still considering to do the forks. I was told there could be an effect on the chain when only lowering the back. 🤷🏼‍♀️ but your response makes sense. I do not race. But I also enjoy working on my bike and learning. So conflicting.     Can you jack up the bike under the exhaust/header/mud pipes or do you have to remove them

      I've seen people do it but I personally dont like that idea. I remove it and place that wooden block on the one side of the oil pan and jack it up. Couple extra min of work but I know the exhaust 100% will not be damaged in anyway.

    How much does it lower the 1000r? How far is unsafe? Newer rider and the 19 1000r is too tall to get both feet flat stock

      i lower the 1000r 1.5inches in the front and about 2inches in the back. this would be for a streetbike. you can lower the rear alittle more if your still having issue touching. i wouldnt recommend for than 2.5 inches in the back. any lower and you will rub on bumps etc Hope this helps buddy :)
