I was able to clean and regrease it coz it's not busted..tried to minimize the cost of the client..

Try to customize or try to check any similar size reel that damage maybe they have same length of it..

Hi @garganog93 there a lot of cause about it but hard to pin point till it will open by your trusted technician.. My advise don't crank it so that it will not become worst. Once you're reel become stock or hard to retrieve the only way is to stop directly.

Anti reverse screw. Try to go to your nearest hardware and bring extra as a sample maybe you can find it there or in some toys that have similar screw.

Is there a lever in a bottom of reel or no?

@@art_fishing_tv Yes, the antireverse one. Now the lever is stuck but in the "normal" position. I can't turn the antireverse so. I mean that works for me cause for practical use it's ok but shall i worry about it? It's the Shimano Fx 4000.

Keep it as it is since its stuck already you can't do anything about it unless you have a spare of same anti reverse.. Coz if you bring it to the technician and they will charge you their labor and parts just like you buy brand new.. My advise keep like that.

What's the size of the bushing/ballbearing of the pickup lineroller? Please, can you measure it?

I brought only the normal ones in the market..as long its fit and no play when you open or close its fine. But be careful when you open Stella's new model coz they putting a lot of loctite and one single mistake the head of it will pop.out

I found out what You meant with the plate, now i have a new problem🤣 the reel does only go backwards. I’ve tried putting the springs on both sides of the piston bearings, when i out them on the right side/counter clockwise the real spins backwards, when i put them on the left side/clockwise the real spins the right way but stops intermittenly. Which way should You place the springs and what do You think i am doing wrong?
