Gayatri Mantra - meditate on the qualities of the Sun - 4 mins
The Gayatri is one of the oldest and most famous mantra. It is a meditation on the qualities of the sun as a symbol to awaken our own inherent clarity.
You might like to sit and listen a few times before reciting it yourself. This is useful at any time of year, but you may find it particularly useful around the time of the Winter and Summer Solstice.
