      @@kuhnville3145 indeed haha this one is quite crude in some spots and definitely has a figure of imagination sprinkled in by adding the F-35B's advanced sensor array, my latest version has only 4x VTOL nozzles as desired, though they do come up as separate engines in the UI when in fact they are "harrier" VTOL nozzles that would be powered by a single jet engine, the main reason for having the VTOL nozzles inside the weapons bay is that since they are harrier nozzles they are curvy/round, which is the easiest shape to pickup on radar as it reflects in all directions, now it retains some of its stealth capabilities by having them mounted inside I cannot wait to finish editing the video for the new one to see what you think of it🙌 I do try not to go too far into sci-fi but sometimes I go a little overboard in all honesty. So I did remove a couple things and make the new one a little bit more realistically powered and equipped while adding features of some of my favourite aircraft into 1😅 (still has F-35B targeting system chin mounted do you reckon that's a good thing or should I remove it?)

      @@KyberGaming47 I honestly like the chin targeting system, It's also more accurate as if the F-22 was made today they would likely have those sorts of upgrades like more advanced avionics/targeting systems.

      Yes unfortunately this is some older footage from like two years ago and younger me didnt use f-22 raptor style afterburners as i didnt even realise they were in the part pack with the fuselage parts🤦‍♂️, however im halfway through building a "modernised" version with proper stealth afterburners😅 because yes the rapiers look "gross" on a stealth jet and ruin its actual theoretical stealth capabilities💯

      In total honesty I had no idea I managed to do it correctly, Though I am glad You pointed it out and brought it to attention as I have now learnt a bit about NATO designation letters.       Sure can, This is older footage so at the time it was still supported but the main parts are from "B9 Aerospace Parts Pack", which unfortunately as of KSP's latest few updates is out of date, though I installed it yesterday to start making a new version by forcing it to install through CKAN by clicking on "versions" and downloading the latest version of the mod and its dependencies even though KSP is currently 1.12.5(it still works fine), Its dependants are as well all out of date but still work, I have listed the mod dependencies versions as well in case you don't use CKAN and need specifics. Main Part Mod: "B9 Aerospace Parts Pack 1:v6.6.0" Dependencies: "B9 Animation Modules v1.7.0" "B9 Part Switch v2.20.0" "B9 Aerospace Props 1:v6.6.0" Recommended To Install Alongside: "Rasterpropmonitor Core 1:v0.31.13.4" For cockpit IVA screen functions (not necessary but cool) I'm pretty sure that is everything, I also recommend: "BDArmory Plus 2:v1.6.11.0" & "BDArmory Extended 1:1.3.9.1" For Weapons/Missiles etc if you have not got it already Let me know if you run into any issues 😁

      I had the same problem with the base matchmaking, but you can go into the "portal" something from the main menu and connect to specific servers run by the community, usually just sort by the most populated and most people will be playing these "vanilla 2x XP" etc servers that run 24/7 though im in australia so often i would find there would only be lots of players during the day and not night time, so maybe give the servers section a geez

    quick correction of the flight plan is that the superheavy booster only has the 3 center engines running during hotstaging, also when starship does its orbit burn, all 6 engines light and during the end, only the 3 center engines are firing also starship is sideways during flight, great video nonetheless ;)

      I use "kerbal reusability expansion" for the grid fins, "EVE" for the graphics, but the Starship and Super Heavy I custom built out of stock and procedural parts ("Procedural parts" mod and "b9 procedural wings" mod) as far as I know I would have to use some sort of guidance mod to accurately land within the arms, unless I can figure out a way to do it with stock methods, as for the tower also a similar story, I could use a mod but I really do want to try build one out of parts like I have done with Starship here, that way it can break and have proper physics etc

      @@At1ksh I do have all the footage of the making so i sure can great idea, also yes you make a VERY good point, though one thing that is possible is using the stock kal-1000 to synchronise/control at least two crafts at the same time so perhaps if I just use a few action buttons synched across them or something similar, I learned about this trick within the last week or so from a video on youtube, he does a awesome job explaining it, basically you can fully program entire launches and landings as long as your willing to spend the time🤔💯 I still have yet to figure out which way is best to try😅

      Both recreations are made of mostly stock parts though i use procedural parts/wings mods to make the main cylinder and winglets, I also use the "Kerbal reusability expansion" mod because it adds proper grid fins as a placeable part, the rest is completely custom built🙌❤️

      The only mods in that regards is for the grid fins, but other than that the rest is completely custom built out of procedural parts(mods like "b9 procedural wings") aswell as just stock parts (Basically no prebuilt spacex parts, hulls or wings, only the grid fins, also used tweakscale to scale most stock part sizes when necissary)🙌😁

      @@KyberGaming47 Alright cool! Thats how I make mine too actually, except I just use the stock airbrakes. For some reason when I build mine though, all the parts brake when I land because as soon as the thing tips over it destroys everything. (Referring to water landings. And the speed at which it hits the water usually doesn't matter as its the tipping over that does them in.) I'm curious how you get around this problem

      @@j-ray17 oh very interesting, well i only just started trying water landings as i expected the same after some slightly rougher experiences with water sensetive parts in the past, though i have noticed mine sinks in pretty deep before/during the tip to horizontal, so it ends up slowing and reducing the impact making it almost no impact at all with the way it transitions, i would probably be looking at either the parts that make up the main body or perhaps its a little bit too lightweight allowing it to smack the water harder, perhaps the main cylinder is a little too sensetive to impacts(depends on the developer of the procedural part mod, some tend to make them extra resistant while some are like paper😅) i can find the name of the procedural part mod i use for the main body to see if perhaps its that but other than those two thoughts maybe a less secured part or something is causing a domino effect of destruction once whichever part it is breaks, hard to tell with ksp, perhaps checking the flight log that pops up as soon as the craft crashes, that should tell you which part broke first and why, perhaps that could narrow down the search🤔🙏

      @@KyberGaming47 Okay. I noticed yours sinks quite a bit. That does seem helpful. I use tweak scale to make the main cylinder out of the stock tanks. And when it tips over it breaks the one that hits the water first and sometimes anything attached to that part. Do you use procedural parts for the main cylinder?

      @@j-ray17 Yes I use the "Procedural Parts" mod by "Ancient Gammoner"(link below) as my main cylinder and the hollow "style"(right click to edit shape) of these procedural ones for the engine bay areas, also the "complete texture pack" as suggested by Ckan, These parts are much stronger though not unrealistically strong, just about as strong as you'd expect the structure of the real Starship to be :) forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/topic/204080-18-procedural-parts/ (edit: easier to just search procedural parts on ckan than install it through website, just added that so you know for sure which mod is which😁)

    Beautiful! How much does the assembly weigh? How much thrust does the booster have? Is it now possible to switch between devices in KSP that are not in a stationary orbit?

      Thank you! In total they weigh around 6000t (tons), The Booster peaks at 19.57 million lb's of thrust. Both slightly larger, heavier and more powerful than the real thing, unfortunately I don't think it is possible without using a mod called "FMRS" :) (I use "Ckan" to manage and install my mods by the way)

      I would be able to soon for sure, it is a little difficult to fly and sometimes the structural struts can have a bit of a moment upon launching from VAB but thats a relatively easy fix, i am currently working on a third version which is slightly larger than the real thing but i will of course have a video showing that when its ready, i can upload that design aswell when the time comes though it consists of over 700 parts compared to the "current version" which is around 400 parts so they are both pretty hefty crafts😁🙌

      Thank you so much for the kind words bro💯🙏 honestly i too have experienced some pretty annoying issues like problems with clipped parts or strutted parts rearranging/breaking during roughly every 1 out of every 4 launches(scene change causing them to break or something), my 3rd version being made right now is built from the ground up to ensure i dont clip things in a game breaking way, again🤦‍♂️ allowing it to be easily and reliably used by anyone😅🙌

      Also wanted to try replicate the stage 0/launch mount and tower but with actual ksp parts not just mod the tower etc into the game as thats too simple and doesnt have proper physics incase of accidents etc💯😁

      @@Falcon_9rocket ive seen mods that enable it but i feel as though doing it legit would be possible, the only problem im having currently is finding ways to get the starship or super heavy to land precisely where i want them, with mods and proper control stuff added its pretty easy but using base game stuff like maneuvers etc to try get the landings accurate is very difficult, i dont qant to just mod in the ability to press a button and it does it as its cheaty, ive tried using an object to target while re-entering but it doesnt calculate correctly as it wasnt designed for that use, im sure it would be possible with an inbetween mod perhaps that doesnt just do it for me but adds the necissary functions and automations to program that type of landing myself would be awesome👌💯 great suggestions thank you🙏

      I'm glad you like the video thank you I appreciate your comment, though about re-entry, nah if starship re-entered with the nose up the heat would completely destroy the ship from up inside the bottom where the raptors are, this is actually almost 100% the angle/maneuver starship needs to perform to slow down while keeping all heat focused on the belly heat shield, starship will stay at a extreme nose down angle slowing it down until its horizontal speed is 0 then belly glides down to the landing site, performs the flip and touches down, even just starship rotating to the side destroyed it during re-entry, imagine that extreme plasma up into the unprotected delicates of the raptors area, landing gear, actuation mechanism for the raptors, the lower fuel tank etc would all be obliterated by the heat if it went in butt first and not on its belly, it cannot even enter straight like a bullet due to the heat shielding only being on one side

      though it would absolutely be possible to do the same as this video but with the nose forward so then it would be facing up, I believe they do it in reverse because the engines would already have just been fired to slow down from orbit and no point waiting to turn around, using up more rcs, though I feel as though the orientation forward or backwards doesn't matter as much as keeping the roll under control like the real thing as long as its belly is facing "prograde" thats all that matters🙏❤

      Yes indeed, I have had a couple issues getting it to run its technically installed but isn't working, I will need to reinstall my KSP etc so unfortunately until I get around to doing that all my clips don't have it but I 100% want to get it working as the "SpaceX Raptor" plumes are awesome 🙌

      @@KyberGaming47 Oh, I think I know why it happens: Waterfall won't work by itself, as it needs a sub-mod called "stock waterfall effects". I've had the same problem

      @@-CosmoCode yeah I've installed and uninstalled all the required sub mods etc when troubleshooting but gave up after about 20 mins as I wasn't really worried about getting the plumes working at the time, as for the actual issue its like one of my much older mods from somewhere other than CKAN is causing the issue, I do have a few mod error msgs spat from the mod checker during launch but I just haven't bothered to fix them yet, pure laziness on my part sorry😅

      in terms of size/shape or fuel supply? in terms of shape it is give or take a couple metres difference to IFT-2 so not perfect, but in terms of fuel supply/trajectory both the booster and starship in this video were under half fuelled and rarely topped 70% throttle, mainly all because of the ksp "raptors"(even with tweakscale) are not anywhere near as efficient as v3 spacex raptors So i may work on that problem as i do want to properly land it with just 1 raptor(eng 1 and 2 are supposed to sequentually shutdown during/just after the landing flip) which is impossible with the current thrust to weight ratio of ksp raptors, though i am aware i have a few things to add for aesthetics etc like the lower strips on super heavy among making it a bit more exact in terms of shape and size :) (Edit: after going back and doing a couple comparisons you are absolutely right, my booster is actually quite a bit shorter than the real thing, gonna fix that thank you)
