UConn vs. Villanova WBB Game Recap | What Happened With the Huskies? (3)
A little later game recap than usual, but here are some of my overarching thoughts from UCONN's game against Villanova on Sunday! Hoping for health and happiness for Paige Bueckers and this entire UConn team.

Happy New Year everyone! Here is today's 5 minute (more like 7-8 minute) game recap for UCONN's game vs. Marquette. I really enjoyed the game and had a lot of positive takeaways (hence why I went over the 5-minute mark). I'd love to hear everyone else's thoughts and takeaways. I feel so much gratitude for everyone who has taken the time to subscribe to my channel and watch my videos so far. I c...
UConn vs. Providence 5 Minute Recap | What Happened With the Huskies? (1)

I decided to start a mini series called 'What Happened With the Huskies?' where I go over my main takeaways from UCONN women's basketball games in 5 minutes or less! I thought it would be a nice way to document the remaining games this season :) Would love to hear what your thoughts on this afternoon's (12/29/24) game vs. Providence were! Kind of shocked that I managed to respect the 5 minute l...
UConn Women's Basketball 2024-2025 Player Ratings (Mid Season-ish)
มุมมอง 4.3Kวันที่ผ่านมา
Now that 2024 has (almost) ended and the UCONN women's basketball team is 1) around a third of the way through its season and 2) basically done with non-conference play, I decided to grade each player's performance so far this season. There's so much to celebrate with the current roster-and equally as much growth and development to look forward to the new year! Go Huskies! Just in case, a discl...
First of all, thank you for the captions lol. A lot of TH-camrs usually don't use captions often. Just a few. I truly appreciate that. Yes, I agree with everything you said. Especially the way Paige is referred. I know the refs saw one player who grabbed Paige's shirt as she rebounded for the ball but didn't bother to call anything. You can see it in clear 4K resolution. Reckless officiating is more dangerous than anyone thinks because that could lead to unwanted injuries eventually since many teams think they can keep getting away with illegal contact. It could have prevented that. Hope Paige is 100% alright as she seems. The team played extremely well without her on the court in the fourth quarter which is a good sign tho. I'm so happy to see KK's current progress. She kind of gave me Moriah Jefferson vibes because of her speed and energy. I can't describe how much I love her energy. Glad that Geno finally acknowledges that KK makes an impact on the team, especially after the USC game. If she continues to grow her confidence, I'm pretty sure she will be ready by March. Same with Morgan. She plays extremely well in her big role with extra minutes. The smaller ball lineup does work very well. I truly wish Geno could give Jana more minutes to get used to it and be able to dominate the paint if she is in the game longer. 15 minutes is not enough. Jana is slightly improving daily. Looking forward to her progress. I have zero doubts about Sarah. She is a beast. She easily makes me forget she is a freshman when she dominates the court. She hardly backs down with defense when she struggles with offense. Same with Azzi. When Azzi and Sarah's shots are falling, UConn is going to be a huge threat. I'm still anxious about the upcoming Tennessee and South Carolina games in February. Do not sleep on Tennessee since they have the ability to make a huge comeback. No matter what happens, I trust the Huskies will learn from these games. We were told that Aubrey will return in the middle of January. Her presence could help with perimeter defense. We will see. Keep up the excellent work! Looking forward to the next recap!
Thank you so much for this thoughtful comment! Wanted to ask: Do you prefer the captions on screen (as they appear in this video) or if they just pop up when you press on the captions button? I usually do the latter but will definitely consider the former if it is preferred. I think your comments are all spot-on! I am also nervously anticipating the Tennessee & South Carolina games but I'm hopeful that the team will progress quickly in the next few weeks. Jana getting more minutes & becoming more comfortable on the court in this next stretch of games will be HUGE for UConn.
@@ceeinmotion I'm very flexible with both kinds of captions as long as I don't have to miss out on anything lol. I usually use the caption button very often. No issues for me. Again, thank you for the captions and your consideration! 😊 I agree about Jana! I know it is just a Big East conference but this still is a great opportunity for the young Huskies to build their confidence and team chemistry all month so they can be prepared for both February and March. Both South Carolina and Tennessee have home advantages this year and possibly sell-out arenas which is more likely to be difficult for the Huskies to win. Hope they can overcome adversity. We will see. Going to be great lessons for sure!
My thoughts... Ice brady continues to underperform. UONN has some height and size, but that only matters if they can work it out on the floor. I would like to see Jana (who is gorgeous) become more mobile, she tends to get stuck in place. Quicker thinking during the play like where do I pass it?
KK hit a 3 and it brought me so much joy. I hope she keeps it up. Once she can shoot it at a respectable rate teams will start closing down her hard and it’ll open so many options for her game. She’s definitely been our most impactful player outside Paige and Sarah since USC. I was a critical of her in November and most of December cuz I knew she had this in her
I was the exact same! Sometimes it's the players you are the highest on / believe in the most that you are the most critical of & nitpicky with just because you know they have more in them! KK has done a fantastic job stepping up to the plate these last few weeks. The future is so bright for her.
I enjoyed your recaps so much- clicking that follow button now. I am on that KK agenda too, something just unlocked within her after that USC game. Hopefully she will keep playing like this onwards and upwards! Spot on on Morgan! She gets small minutes but in every given playing times, she always have one or two moments that are so impressive! The core is definitely Azzi-Paige-Sarah. These three on the court at the same time opens spaces/offense for others and themselves too.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you watching & choosing to subscribe :) So glad to hear of so many people who are on the KK Arnold agenda!
First of all, it's nice to listen to you for the first time. Celine, the only thing I want to mention about 'the incident' at the Villanova game is when Paige got run over the crowd went silent. You know the expression, "You could hear a pin drop", well that's exactly the way it was. I raise that point because everyone respects the way she plays the game and her fan base, I think it's fair to say we actually love her, not only because of the way she plays the game but because of 'who she is' as a beautiful human being! And, Celine, this was not a UCONN home game. It was a Villanova home game. So, when that crowd went silent it said a lot, didn't it. She means so much to the game and her fan base includes kids from 9 years old to young adults at 99 years old. Everyone is praying for her and I'm sure we'll get an update before the Xavier game on Wed. You covered a lot of ground on your 8:28 and I, too, am a great fan of KK and Ash. But you didn't mention 2 players who will have a dramatic effect on how UCONN finishes the season, Azzi Fudd and Aubrey Griffin. I don't want to get into what Geno's rotation will look like but, defensively, the pressure on the opposing team for 40 minutes will be relentless.
Azzi & Aubrey will be HUGE for this team (and some of my favorite players!) for sure! I'm definitely looking forward to Aubrey returning from injury relatively soon and Azzi getting into her rhythm. I think they'll be some of the most crucial pieces come March. The arena (and even the broadcasters!) got so quiet afterwards. Was thankful to hear that it was a minor sprain and not something more serious.
@@ceeinmotion Yes, indeed! I listened to Geno's update last night and it definitely sounded encouraging!
I can't wait until the day that you have the credentials to be an interviewer at the post game press conferences! I think everyone in Huskies Nation should be a subscriber!
I really appreciate the compliment! Definitely was a childhood dream of mine.
Okay I'm going to be so honest ... The captions on the video (not the usual ones I create for the TH-cam caption button, but the captions on the screen) were a total accident! I forgot to delete them before I downloaded the video from my editing platform. 😂 But let me know if we prefer having them on-screen in the video as well and I can continue doing that. Whatever works best for people! Thank you so much for watching as always :)
I like the captions. You speak with enough clarity and annunciation that I can understand you but I’m sure one day I’ll have the volume low and I’ll be reading them
And Morgan played the 5 at one point!
And she was holding it down! It has been incredible to watch her progress so much in such little time. What a player.
2nd game in a row. This seems to be the 'really small' lineup. Someone mentioned here, or perhaps on another channel, that playing Ice at the 4 and Jana at the 5 would be interesting. Either giving Sarah a breather, or move her to the 2 or 3 and bring on KK and Ash and have the 'young' lineup on the floor. I saw last night Iowa benched the starting 5 and went with 4 freshmen/sophmores and Ediger (lillte used senior.) And it worked, so maybe the 'little' lineup something Geno should consider. At least experiment with while there's time.
I did mention the point about Ice & Jana in a previous video! I remember Geno playing a bit of KK - Ashlynn - Allie - Morgan - Ice in the third quarter of a previous game, so a similar young lineup. It was definitely interesting to watch and I thought it was a good idea to get the younger players reps in "regular" game play rather than just at the end of Q4. Now is the time to experiment with lineups for sure! (While also beginning to make them more consistent. It sounds like a paradox.)
@@ceeinmotion Just picked up on your videos a game or two ago, so have missed commentary in earlier videos. Not a paradox, both need to happen, but you won't know the combos that work best without the experimentation. And there are teams small won't match up well with, think So Carolina, particularly if Watkins isn't seriously hurt. So Jana and Ice need floor time, whether backing one another up, or on the floor together.
You want to make this a KK & Ash propaganda podcast, feel free to do so. And as we go along, you can add Morgan and hopefully Jana to the mix. Definitely the future of UConn WBB, regardless of how this season plays out. And of course, Sarah will get her daily shoutouts as well :-)
The KK and Ashlynn propaganda will continue, don't you worry! I am just so high on both of them + Sarah as well. Morgan and Jana deserve a TON of praise. They've definitely been on a positive trajectory and that's exactly what the team needs right now. Really hoping Geno plays Jana more (I felt like I barely saw her on Sunday! Only 16 minutes) in the future.
Allie is a sharp shooter. Like Ash, she just isn’t aggressive enough yet. And by aggressive I mean passing the Maya Moore test: any time you have the advantage on offensive, if you are a scorer, you must ruthlessly take advantage of that opportunity - you must be a consistent and serious threat to score. This team cannot be great until the scorers stop being afraid to miss.
Agreed! Hoping Big East play helps them all begin to gel and get their confidence up. I'm seeing promising things for sure!
Omg I wholeheartedly agree with the Ash thing. I think she needs at least 10 shots per game. In the USC game she played almost 30mins more than Azzi but only got 4 more shots than her. She ended up with 9pts but imagine if she got to shoot two or three more times. I think the staff should run Azzi’s sets for Ash when Azzi is on the bench. If it were up to me they’d share minutes
It is not a question of calling plays for Ash. She just isn’t relentlessly aggressive in bigger games (and she knows this).
@ I thought she played well during the USC game which was an improvement from previous ranked opponents. Shot 50% on limited attempts. Not much you can do if you’re getting limited touches. Like the video said her defense has been solid all season. Just needs more shot attempts
Not sure if you mean share minutes as in they should split minutes or that they should play together on the court, but I think Azzi & Ashlynn would make for a strong pairing on the court (Ashlynn hypothetically replaces Kaitlyn in this lineup). I always say this but UConn can never have enough scoring threats on the court at once.
@@ceeinmotion yea I meant share court time together. Don’t know if it’ll happen this season but I know Jana can shoot the 3. If she’s ever confident in the shot a lineup of Paige, Azzi, Ash, Sarah, Jana would be 🤌🏿🤌🏿🤌🏿
Honestly thank u for putting everything i felt into words. I 100% agree with this rating. We need more production from ice Brady..awesome and well thought out vid❤😊
just came across your channel. i'm a new basketball fan, only got into the sport a couple of months ago and been following UConn since then, and these videos are going to be so helpful for me to understand the game better and see other aspects i might not be able to see on my own, also to grow my basketball knowledge. thank you!!
This makes me so happy to hear! Welcome to the UCONN fandom :) I'm glad my commentary is helping you pick up on things and think through the game; I am definitely not a professional but I appreciate it nonetheless! My biggest piece of advice (as someone who never played basketball but has watched WBB for 12+ years, so I learned through watching / listening) is to listen to as many people as you can! Everyone sees the game a bit differently and I still learn so much from broadcasters, commentators, fans on Twitter / TikTok / TH-cam, and more. UCONN's pre-game and post-game broadcasts are great to tune into if you are in the SNY market. Let me know if you ever have any questions!
Celine, I really enjoy your commentary. Didn‘t see this game as I‘m not in the US right now, but I find you thoughtful, knowledgeable, insightful and well-spoken! So thank you and I‘ll engage more in the future when I‘ve seen (or at least heard) the game. But I know for sure I agree that Jana and Ash are key moving forward and I don‘t understand why Shade is getting so few touches offensively, although she has to be more consistent with her shot too.
Thank you so much! These compliments mean so much to me. Totally agree with your few points and looking forward to hearing more of your thoughts! :)
Healthy Azzi is the best, her play is effortless, shooting from the perimeter and gliding to the basket.
I wouldn't have rated Azzi just yet and even though I agree with your point about her impact just being in the game, she just isn't herself yet. B+ is way too high. Ashlynn has been mostly disappointing outside of two games, so I'd give her a generous C for her hustle and defense. These are two players that could contribute a lot of offense and neither have been consistent doing that in their careers so far. Like all of us, I'd love to see Azzi finally show her true potential before it's too late. I think you have both Kaitlyn and KK rated too low. I'd rate them both B. They have been doing what they've been asked to do well enough. Yes, I wish they took more shots and scored more. Other than those, I think your ratings are pretty spot on.
I definitely see where you're coming from on Azzi's grade; Maybe it should be an incomplete, but she's one of my favorite players so I'm honestly a little bit biased. KK is *definitely* climbing the ranks. She had a slow start to the season but is picking it up; I have been so impressed her recent play. UCONN has played two games since I filmed this, so it's slightly dated. I think Ashlynn has been more consistent than Kaitlyn in terms of scoring and they're both equally good defenders in my opinion, hence why I ranked Ashlynn higher. I definitely hear that she's been inconsistent, but I actually have been impressed by her freshman -> sophomore year jump. She seems way more confident and comfortable on the court, especially defensively. Thanks for watching & sharing your thoughts! I always enjoy reading other people's takes :)
i’m so glad you made this. i have no one to talk to about this. i agree with EVERYTHING you have said about everyone. sarah has been amazing ! i wish ashlyn will play more because when she gets going..SHE GETS GOING. i’m proud of kk and her defense but i want her to be a little more confident on offense. ice hasn’t been playing like herself last season. but i know the position is new for her. we really need her because we are considered a smaller team. i’m proud of azzi coming back and getting back in rhythm fast. ik she will continue to help the team move up on their rankings. if i wasn’t a uconn fan i would’ve thought katelyn has been playing with them before. she fits well but we definitely need her to take more shots. i love how unselfish paige is but i would like her to be a little more selfish and take more shots. her efficiency is top notch. she is absolutely amazing and i love everything about her but i know uconn can do better :)
Everything you said is so spot on! Thank you so much for watching; It means a lot! Always here if you want to share your thoughts in the comments; It's a big part of why I created this channel!
This rating is so valid tbh.. I agree with a lot of things you said. You're really respectful and well spoken. Keep going 🫶🏼💗
Thank you so much; These compliments mean a lot! I do my best to be very mindful with my commentary. Glad it's seen that way.
I absolutely concur that Ash needs more touches. The freshman/sophomore lineup was interesting and fun and could develop into an alternate 'small' lineup. Coud also sub Q for Ice and have a 'real' small lineup.
Thank you for this channel. I thought we missed so many shots today. But we still won comfortably. And happy that Allie got her pts for so many home fans after two misses.
Thank YOU for watching. I was on my feet cheering at my TV from home when she scored. Always nice to see a succesful homecoming game :)
After the big 3 ( Paige , Sarah , Azzi) , who would you remove from the starting lineup? There has to be another big, and i definitely think Janna is a great addition to the starting 5 . I think the only available position is the one that Kaitlyn holds ,i think i like the starting 5 as it is . The off the bench team needs to step.up and we need more efficient shooting from Azzi and Paige which i.think will.come
This was definitely a better all-around game than the PC game, beating a (presumably) better team by more points. It's kind of neat that the offense was pretty good even without Bueckers or Fudd shooting well. Barring a key injury or 2, I'm not confident that the Big East has anyone who can challenge UConn, so maybe UConn can use these games to develop some of their less experienced players.
Yes! That's what Big East play is all about in my opinion; They should win every game by a comfortable margin (UCONN better not test me with this, lol). However, I do hope their lineups become more consistent soon. I'm looking forward to key lineups playing more minutes together and beginning to gel.
First off, I can see where you're coming from with all these grades. I have a hunch that Cheli should have a higher grade, though that might be because UConn's got such a strong need for a big wing that I like having her out there despite some limitations to her game. I think I'd still give Fudd an incomplete. While she looked great (Bueckers-esque?) in a couple games, she's been less sharp in others and missed quite a few games entirely. I've seen 1 game since your grades so I'd probably give Arnold a slightly higher grade ... but it's hard to move her up very far when (last I checked) she was only hitting 7% of her 3s, but her speed/quickness can be a game-changer at times. Offensively I think Shade's still too inconsistent to grade her that far above Chen and Arnold. But yeah, her defense is much more disruptive this season, and every once in a while she's going to explode against an opponent. I generally lump Shade, Chen, and Arnold into that generally-productive group behind the Bueckers/Strong/Fudd superstars.
Your takes are pretty spot-on! This was filmed prior to the Providence game, but since UCONN has only played 14 games, 2 games can definitely shift the rankings. If I was to grade everyone today, KK and Morgan would be moving up *for sure.* They both have areas to work on, but I think their energy and hustle completely changes the game for UCONN. I agree that Cheli is especially valuable as a big wing. I was shocked to learn that she played point guard in high school! My grade for Azzi might have been a little hasty; I'm probably biased because she's one of my favorite players. I have been SO impressed with her defense even if her shot has been off in some games. I'd keep Ashlynn before Kaitlyn because I feel that they are about equal defenders and I favor Ashlynn's willingness to shoot / score, but I hear you. Thank you for watching & sharing your thoughts! I always enjoy reading what others are thinking :)
Great summary and great narrative ability! Not that you asked but keep it going on the regular! Subscribed. I do think Morgan has exhibited C+ abilities but A level confidence and authority. So I might up her to B.
Thank you so much for watching, commenting, and subscribing. It means a lot. And I always appreciate the compliments! Morgan's effort has truly been A+. She is moving up my rankings FAST.
You can’t always expect Paige to be perfect in every game she is a great team player. There is other girls who can score. To be a great team you need more than one person. A win is a win no matter how you win. Love UCONN
Agreed! Off nights happen and Paige always has a positive impact when she's on the floor, even when her shot isn't falling. Bleed blue! :)
Hurray! I love this!
So glad to hear! Thank you for watching.
Ya lost me at Strong not getting an A+ And it only got worse w Chelli.
I didn't give her an A+ only because I do see room to grow in her game! But I definitely understand your points. Morgan is moving up by rankings FAST as well.
@ceeinmotion Everybody has room to grow always. She is clearly an A+ player at this point in her career, she is a generational talent.
When do they start to play the whole game and not coming out slow or fast.
Hopefully soon! I'm looking forward to 4 strong, solid quarters of basketball from them.
@@ceeinmotionI fear we won’t see 4Qs anytime soon; however, I am pretty confident they will be playing 4Qs by the tournament.
I agree with your thoughts about Shade, particularly about her best role being providing consistent points off the bench. However, I just finished watching the game and felt it was one of the ugliest 32-point wins I've ever seen. Except for FTs, shooting was poor and I was disappointed that Strong got so few touches in the first half, particularly with Bueckers and Fudd having poor shooting nights. I completely agree that KK was the star of the show. It's so freaking fun to watch UConn's own Energizer Bunny!
The positive takeaway from that (for me) is that an ugly 32-point win is still a win, and it shows that's there's a big upside for this team. They still have a lot of growing and gelling to do, but I think they are moving in the right direction.
good stuff
Thank you! I really appreciate it.
I found your channel today and I'm glad that I did. I like your take on things and look forward to hearing more. I could only listen to the game, but it did sound a bit better, and now is a good time to get those off games out of the way. We will need everyone to be sharp and confident in March. Thanks.
Thank you! I really appreciate the kind words. These next three months will definitely be interesting to watch.
Hello everyone! Very appreciative of everyone who has taken the time to watch and show their support under this video; I hope you stick around for more of my UCONN WBB coverage / game recaps / fandom. However, I did want to give a notice that I *highly* value keeping the comments section respectful to the players. I have deleted and will continue to delete comments that I find to be disparaging towards the players. It is unacceptable to speak down on them or call them names. There is, of course, a place for constructive criticism about a player's in-game performance, but I ask that everyone is mindful and does not cross any personal lines. I intend for my channel to be a positive environment for fans of this UCONN team to express our support for and interest in the success of these players and this team. I will moderate the comments in line with this. Thank you!
You do a great job.. your future has a high ceiling in sports, just my feeling
Thank you! That's so nice of you to say. I really appreciate it.
i think overall it was a better game in marquette all around. you want all your other players to do well. in providence it seemed like it was all paige, sarah, and azzi. this game was everyone but them. if the other players start to get in rhythm i call that win because we all know paige & azzi will be locked in for the tournament.
This is spot-on! Totally agree.
I am a Tennessee fan 🧡 However, I am a HUGE advocate for women’s sports. Especially collegiate basketball and will always support channels that support women’s sports. New sub. 😊🧡
This makes me so happy to hear! Thank you so much for subscribing and expressing your support. Excited for when our teams play each other later this season! Will definitely want to hear your thoughts then :)
Ashlyn and Azzi getting the same grade to me is diabolical. If we just rate Azzi on just her contribution alone while coming off injury and how she has been able to impact the game ( remember she was rehabing for a year) i would say her game is A+ . Ashlynn has not been out for a year, and her playing is still not great . So Azzi to A+ is my rating if we are being fair😊
Confused as to why they have Azzi as a graduate student . While Paige is a redshirt senior , Aubrey is a redshirt senior . So im confused by the labeling of Azzi .
Great job.. Ice is playing real bad.. jana trying to hard she need to le t the game come to her and she will be fine. KK great D. cant make a shot though.. Page will be fine and a stud in march
ashlyn Shade is not grade B at all. i will give her c+, her disappearance in big game should count more than putting a good number for inferior competition. jana is so disappointing, too. she should be d+ just as ice brandy. caitlyn chen is definitely c- or less. so is kk. this ladies need to shoot 3 and be consistent to be great players. morgan is b, she is good presence when she is plug in. this is uconn. when you play for uconn, it should be a different standard.
Curious how you'd rate Qadence Samuels based on last year's performance. Not saying she's a starter, but I'm surprised HOW limited her time off the bench has been. I feel like there's potential there from what I saw last year
Yeah, great potential, but untapped at the moment. Last year it happened that she found herself in the wrong place, both in attack and defense, and I had the impression that with her on the court the fluidity of the game was a little less. To be honest, I must say that these impressions derived mostly from watching the highlights. However, Coach A.'s method consists in evaluating the work done in the gym a lot, really a lot, and we don't know what happens there. Happy new year
Based on what I saw last year, I think I'd rate her a low C. It's difficult, because the scope of her role is much smaller so it feels a little harsh, but I couldn't rate her higher than any of the core six players UCONN had last season (who would all be ranked a C or higher). She has shown some solid defense and willingness to shoot, but I just don't think she's been developed enough as a college-level player. How limited her minutes have been has surprised me a bit though. She has definitely shown promise in her limited minutes and a penchant for rebounding, which the team desperately needs.
Paige went missing in the 2nd half, as did everyone else. UConn scored more in the first quarter than they did in the second HALF. They need more consistency. Their D, however, was consistently good.
Their defense has been INCREDIBLE this season. Looking forward to a lot more consistency from them on the offensive side of the ball. I'm optimistic that we'll see a lot of growth from them!
Some good analysis. Too high a grade for Azzi. Her shooting has been really inconsistent. The potential is there, will be nice to see when it comes. Too low for Celli. Her minutes are increasing because of her play, she just needs to be more aggressive on offense.
Azzi is Elite on both ends.
KK’s defense is the best on the team. And warrants more playing time, as in the 4th quarter of the USC game. It also warrants a B- rather than C. I agree with all the other grades, and hope Geno is listening to your assessment of Jana.
I doubt that Geno is listening to anyone outside of his coaches.
@ I meant that facetiously. I hope that Jana has advocates on the coaching staff who see her potential.
to many weak spots on this team currently . the players that score can't play defense and those who paly defense can't score
I agree based on your ranking system, except for Ice. I think Ice has played to a C level by your standards, but that her results have been C-.
Very interesting point! I hear you for sure. I think she'll continue to adjust and get more comfortable as the season goes on.
I for the most part agreed with the grades. Interested to see if any of the other girls return from injury this season and see what they offer this squad.
I think Aubrey Griffin will be major for this team when she returns! So excited for that. Thank you for watching!
I agree with your ratings in the main. However, I disagree with your rating of K.K. Arnold: her role is to change the tempo of her team when she enters the game and she has done that in spades in my view..also her defense is relentless as she drives opponents crazy with her close coverage. Therefore, for the role she has been given I would rate her with an "A"!
KK is definitely rising up my rankings FAST, especially if she continues on the same trajectory that she has in this recent stretch of games. She's been fantastic. I do rate players overall (and not just in the scope of their roles, though I do definitely take that into account) because I really value players who demonstrate great versatility and efficiency in all aspects of the game. It's why Paige Bueckers is one of my favorite UCONN players of all time. That's definitely a personal preference / bias though, so I understand where you're coming from! Thanks for watching.
@@ceeinmotion - Celine - K.K. against Marquette on Wednesday was terrific: 13 points, 7 rebounds, & 4 asststs. I'm probably one of the oldest UCONN fans out there, especially considering where I live: I'm 78 and live on the Alabama Gulf Coast...been following Paige since I stumbbled on her when she was in high school. Since she went to UCONN I've been a big time Huskies fan ever since.
Great job!!!
I agree with you regarding Azzi because UConn is such a different team when she is in the game and can not wait to see her at full strength. I only hope that she does not have a new or recurring injury.
they also need Aubrey
