can you explain the pop part on the glide-pop?
The athlete glides and pops straight up. This teaches the athlete to keep his body weight underneath him/her self. Many kids like to shift their weight to quickly. This is a good drill to teach them a little patience.

We use 2k thru 4k based on strength levels.
Earlier in the comp. he was pull with his head so he decided to bite his shirt to keep his head inline with his breast bone. He has done this in training quite a bit.
why does he put his shirt in his mouth?
My bad, this was not his personal best. He has thrown over 193.
What is the weight of the medicine ball compared with the weight of the shot?

Don't really know. I never really measured his distance with a 2.25k. If i were to guess I would say around 55 meters or so.
