Great analysis, thank you! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Do i arrange the flowers before pouring water?
Love it! And I'm jealous that all those wonderful materials are so easily available in Japan. We get so much less variety here in my corner of Canada.
Beautiful as always ❤️.
Một hướng dẫn rất hữu ích .Cảm ơn bạn (from Việt nam)
I wondered if turning the grass upside down, then spraying them with hairspray to keep them from opening up too much would work as well?
😊❤
Thank you🌸
cool guest!
Yes! definitely!!
Oh my, what a terrifying thought, to make one's first "official" ikebana not only in front of the master, but also on camera! It did make a charming video, though. Shota Mioka seems such a sweet person, and it was fun to watch the two men interact. Not to mention that it was a useful reminder of the basics of ikebana. Thank you both!
Thank you. I'm just starting kado and this video was helpful for me. The English subtitles really help
I came to learn more about ikebana and ended up thinking about my life. Thank you so much for your kind way of teaching.
Thank you so much for your kind words! So honor to hear that!
This instruction was so helpful, thank you for this inspiring presentation. Because of living in Hawaii, it is necessary to find the essential floral components and apply the formulas, which is somewhat of a challenge for a beginner. I will work for some time to see what I can create. I am humbly appreciative to be able to have the instruction from such an accomplished master, thank you.
Me gusta tu trabajo tan especial😀
Thank you very much✨
It is the first time I see the blue star. It gives a refreshing look to the arrangement like a crisp wind blow in the early morning.
Where do you source all your flower materials from :)) you always have such nice selections ❤
This absolutely is an exceptional arrangement with stunningly beautiful flowers and branches. There IS a reason that you are considered a master and it is humbling to watch as you work!
I hope the ones that get cut off don’t get thrown away. Please tell me you put them in a tiny vase and let them live. ????
simple but beautiful
Thank you🌸
I love the life metaphors, they weee deep and emotional! Thank you!
Thank you for watching and the nice comment!
You will have to be as brave with the old photos as you are with cutting flowers. I had the same photo problem and didn't want to throw them in the bin, so i burned them in the fire place and said a prayer of good bye and blessing for the people in the photos. I suggest you only keep one album for your self with your favourite photos or people, so that when you are old you can look at the photos. I did digitise as well, but when you are old you will want to hold the album on your lap for your trip down memory lane. I love your way of putting two vases together and reusing the little cut-off flowers. Sorry to hear about the passing of your mother, she was a great influence in your life, my condolences.
❤❤❤🙏❤ arigato gozaimasu sensei ❤
Thank you!!
Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement ❤
Thank you for your compliment☺️
This video was great! Making the arrangement look like it was one branch, made more understanding. I use florist tape a lot in my traditional American designs. It provides security for the stems when they're being delivered to other people. I work for a hospital gift shop and like to incorporate ikebana techniques when I can. They sell very quickly! Thank you Rijo Miyamoto!
The ancient principle, and an updated way to achieve it! As always, thank you for all the help you give us on our ikebana journey.
Thanks so much for sharing such a critical fundamental!
please tell me why ikebana masters treat branches and flowers so mercilessly, split, break, shorten leaves? is this right? shouldn't masters work with the existing form and not hurt the plants? after all, ikebana should be offered to the deities. is it really right to offer suffering?
Only some of them know about ikabena in India an I am one of them you are really a good teacher ❤❤
Magnificent work
Thank you!
You have reminded me how much I like dahlias. I never considered the angle of the bloom. Will plant more for next summer, thank you!
Glad to hear that! Wishing you a beautiful garden next summer!
I am learning so much in your channel! 😊
Thank you so much! 😊 I'm thrilled to hear that you're finding it helpful. Happy learning!
Hello can I ask, can I combine Moribana and Jiyūki style on my ikebana?
Thank you very much. I studied a ikebana in 1975 to 1980 or so. I lived in Japan. I think I naturally learned to rotate the stem while cutting it because that's only way I could cut it! And for my garden I have some lovely flowering branches and that is how I cut them from the tree, by rotating the stem. Good to know you, the experts, do that! I studied Japanese language and I am thrilled that I could understand everything he said. After all these years it was refreshing to see the flower ranging and to hear Japanese spoken again.😂
Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience🌸 It’s amazing that your practice from years ago still resonates today.
Thank you for this. I really enjoy you videos and arrangements. Greetings from Finland.
Thank you so much! Sending warm greetings to you in Finland🌸
thank you so so much master of Ikebana
Thank you very much for watching!
❤
Thank you☺️
This turned out truly beautiful!
Thank you very much!!
I'm a real sucker for arrangements with grasses, and this one is no exception. Beautiful! As for millet, I never use it on its own, but I like it in multigrain flour for bread-making.
Thank you!
How long do the plants and flowers last?
It depends on the time of year, but it lasts about 10 days!
This lesson was so well presented. I will practice, practice, practice. I have found that ikebana takes unexpected expertise to perfect it. This arrangement is beautiful and I will try to source some flowers here in Hawaii and implement your instruction. THANK YOU!
I live in Guatemala, we have millet also here, it is considered health food now, before it was seen as poor people’s food
Awesome! Thanks for the comment!
What outstanding instruction! Thank you for these techniques.
Thank you for your kind comment! I'm honored to be of help.
A❤❤ly design
Thank you!
well done on the calligraphy!👍 who designed your personal stamp? Did you design it yourself?
Beautiful shop thank you for showing. I wish to visit when I travel to Japan.
What a fascinating video. Your exceptional skill shines as you transform prickly thistles and combine them with the gentle baby’s breath into a lovely arrangement.
Thank you so much for your kind words✨ I'm delighted you enjoyed the combination of thistles and baby’s breath.
Master, kindly check the “Ikebana” spelling in first image. It’s written “IkeNaBa”
Thank you for pointing that out!!
