XDiavel S with Givi XS313 rear bag
Installed using only bags rear and bottom belts. It fits tight, it takes a little effort to install rear seat :)

This is not a lab test, but it gives you an idea camera's mic usually don't show you how loud it is. termi sounds good, but looks rubbish compare to stock exhaust

Yep, 1 meter at 45 degrees it is, but camera mic just did not handle it, so I backed up a little bit :)
Sorry I’m an engineer so I have to say it. 10 decibels is 10x louder. Deci prefix is Latin for ten. You’re getting the two from the difference between amplitude and level. There are decibels for levels and for amplitudes which are off by a factor of two. Doubling the amplitude in decibels quadruples the level in decibels. 🤓
3dB is half power so its not 10 times louder
@@JoolzThePirate Power and loudness are two different measurements, power is joules and loudness is decibels. 10x the sound is more than 10x the power

Hehe i suggest you dont have earbuds in for this video unless you want to blow you're eardrums out i have some skullcandy earbuds and they make it LOUD!!!! Just a heads up though

Official XDiavel rear bag is out. But sadly, NOBODY from Ducati does not want to answer my simple question: can I install this rear bag without passenger backrest? I personally think that its not possible, but seems that nobody haven't seen it yet, even in Ducati headoffice...

Nope. When fully expanded, Its around 20% smaller than helmet.

Yeah, Im hoping I wont have to do that. I am actually kind of worried my self I want to take this bike on LONG rides 500 - 600 miles. I haven't used ear plugs just yet on it but with a shoei helmet and ear plugs and a sena you think i'll be alright ? so far I rode the bike for 30 minutes no DB killers no ear plugs and yeah my ears were ringing when I got off.
Ear plugs don't help, its low frequency. I had different problem, I wanted to accelerate everywhere I like --- but with Termis I had to look for little children around, so in town it was impossible to hit the gas :)
Lauri hmm so I guess what your saying is you loved it but it was too loud because of noise restrictions? We'll see what happens as far as the sound for a few hundred miles. But one more question what type of screw do the baffles take because I lost them from the dealership I need to go pick some up. If possible send me a private message?
No, I did not love them. I don't care noise restrictions, but I do care about other people :) PM sent.
what are the gains from the termi? HP / Torque also do you take the baffles out and put them back in? how does that work THANKS !
I did not measure HP/Torque and XDS is powerful enough that I cannot tell the difference just by riding it around the town. Maybe in racetrack you win some 0.1 seconds which you cannot tell from where it comes :) As I remember, Termi claims +6-8% change.

Its very simple, they are designed to remove/install them in 2 minutes without special tools.

Does the Termignoni Exhaust increase performance or horsepower ?
Yep, they claim so: "Thanks to the dedicated mapping, delivery is improved and all of the power and torque is released." My personal experience is that it was more sharp and powerful without dB killers, with dB killers little bit less.
I guess for the exhaust and mapping it costs around three thousand ?
I got it with 1800 EUR because I ordered it 2 months before it came for sale (it was some special Ducati offer)
I am considering buying this very model for the other half who is an experienced rider herself. Every video I've watched regarding this bike shows a real hard-like start though. Why is that?
It's very specific Ducati start-up. Its nothing hard, but yes, it sounds like it is hard :) Every Ducati with big engine starts like that :)
