First of all, thaks for visiting our city, but here are a few things to point out: on the name, you accent the syllable La (Lárissa) and not ri. Also, it's not really a college town. The reason there are so many young people outside (in contrast to Athens) is that Larissa is simply a lot safer. One last thing: the Fortress Square is that place in general on the top of the hill and not the restaurant Frourio (Φρούριο) which indeed means fortress. The ice cream bar and the Mexican aperitif bar on the entrance are all part of the restaurant, as is this whole place with the tables.

That scone is what dreams are made of, but those eggs looked delish too. The lobster roll has me drooling too - so good. We were in Bar Harbour in September, and we decided we needed to come back with the RV to really explore the area and see more of the places you've shown here - the nature spots and Acadia, and so I can get some more lobster.

I never expected to see a traveler / tourist in my home city . Hope you enjoyed . Larissa and its surrounding areas are essentialy the breadbasket of Greece and we are considered to be the hillbillies of Greece. Larissa on its own doesnt have a lot activities for travelers or even its residents but the living conditions are humane. Also Thessaly is a gem if you know your whereabouts.

As I’ve said over on Instagram, you indeed found some spectacular Mexican food at Salsa Verde! Our favorite seafood in town was right next door, at the newly rebuild Peekytoe Provisions (where, but the way, you can get both hot/cold lobster rolls). Everything there is spectacular. My wife says her favorite lobster roll in town is at Thirsty Whale. For something a little fancier in season, there’s Project Social Harbor (small plates). In the same vein, off the island in Ellsworth is Provender and then the best Indian food I’ve ever had at SerenDib. And finally, there’s the fun of the 24-hour availability of cheesecake at Momo’s. You were in town all summer? Dang. We could have run into you but we sort of avoid town in the high season (we live over in Lamoine). Really looking forward to the rest of this series.

Jason and Argonavts did stop in area of Ljubljana. Centuries ago in south part of Ljubljana in Ljubljansko Barje was a large lake four thousands years ago in wich dragoon was noticed according to legend. Ljubljansko Barje was then populated by people called Mostiščarji wich had lived in timber houses on piles stick pilled in the lake. In National historical museum in Ljubljana are exbited historical relict also of this very old historical periode like the reminates of oldest wooden canu in the world and the oldest wooden wheel in the world and many more very old relicts from this historical periode.
