Thank you for your comment. Fox holes where biuld anywhere where there was a need for them to exist, in this case they where prepared to stop german atack coming from the one and only road from the forest in this area. I made a tank track prints on the snow but accidently covered it with second layer of snow...minor detail this is in my opinion, also i can make them in less then 5 mins if i have to.. Point of my videos is to show others how to create dioramas with the cheapest possible way. often using home ingridients.. Regards..
@@Tyber_gsk I understand. As an educational video, of course it will be useful to many beginners. But still, you have the wrong idea about the Soviet army, these are not partisan formations, this is a regular army and of course it had standards at the level of military practice of that time, which do not intersect with fox holes ;-) Thanks for the work!

we cannot say that Italeri is producing a finesse model here, moreover the exhaust is for versions prior to III aus L/m/n therefore false.so keep up the good work mate ! well done . all the best jy

You have to change the paint to acrylics. The enamel solvent is toxic!
I.m using enamels for 23 yrs.. i.m still alive.. :) , i gues beacouse i drink a lot of herbal tea ( detox body)..
Good inspiration for such a crude kit. I have the M-2 with Peruvian markings and the M-3, I'd like to build a Peruvian Fitter from Cenepa War, but it requires modifying the rear fuselage. No real Su-22 is made in any scale.
Thank you.. if you need real su-22 , you coud find a proper kit that have a lot of resin and photoetch parts.. or you can make your own diy parts., i will make a video for diy upgrades soon..
Nice build. Most of the videos i saw for Mistercraft have shown it to be a kit beyond any workability. I usually purchase cheap kits and try to turn them into good looking models. I have a sizeable stash of Mistercraft kits with quite a few of the Su-17/20/22 variants in my stash. Your video has helped me take the decision to build them. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you. I allways use winsor and newton gloss and matt varnish for every project.. i highly recommend those.. Regards..
This build turned out beautifully. I love the vibrant colours of the decals. Is there any specific reasons you use enamels rather than acrylics?

Thank you.. Yes.. i use enamel paints beacouse they are simply saying better in just about everything then acrylics of my experience.. enamel dont require primer, they are cheap and are very forgivable ... I use acrylics only when there is no other choice.. regards...

fast...anstatt der schrecklichen vinylkette liegen jetzt segmentketten dabei...klaro gibts mittlerweile besseres...aber trotzdem noch ok

Thank you.. 90% of time i dont use primer. Thats beacouse i use enamel paints they dont require primer.

@@southpaw5483 I use primer only if there is a lot of sanding required for the model or if there is complicated camouflage to paint. Then yes i spray mr surfacer 1200 directly after sanding to cover entire model with it. Otherwise no primer.

I have some old pandzer granadisrs in 1/72 scale from revel and extra resin kit soldier, I was enjoy it.
Perfect for such a small scale. I have a 1/72 metal die cast battalion with tanks, artillery, IFV, and even patriot missiles and I did not dare to buy infantry because of the difficulty of painting. Now I'm going to do it. Thanks, good tutorial.

@@Tyber_gsk You put the first layer of wash in black, I guess to give contrast. I am thinking about whether to paint them with white or gray primer, which is what Vallejo recommends for the xpress range, which provides contrast with a single coat and can be mixed with the other ranges or painted over once dry.
Hey. Yes, of course you can do that. But my recommendation is not to use primer at all beacouse it will create thick layer. On 1/72 scale figures layers can cover details.. if you need to use primer it is good to use higly diluted one ,vellejo acrylic primers usually can be diluted with isoprpyl alcohol. my way of painting small figures is to use higly diluted paints to keep contrast from black wash.. You can watch my other video of russian infantry painting, same method but there are more details in the video.. Regards..@@mrceltiber

I assembled the same kit 2 years ago. Too many fitting issues. I should have bought a hasegawa or Tamiya Nighthawk instead.
Old academy kit is what i was looking for but couldn't get it..
