Magnum Case History Knapheide Expansion
Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Chicago was expanding their inventory and their facility. Reinforcement of their existing structure and new structure was needed to accommodate additional equipment. Equipment such as cranes. Magnum Geo Solutions oversaw the engineering for this project. 122 MH325BR piles were installed outside and inside of the facility to increase the foundation capacity. Slabjack was contacted to provide the equipment for this project. #MH325BR #MAGNUMPIERING

New construction residence on a bay in Florida near Destin. Most homes in this area are built on wooden driven piles. The vibration of new construction was a concern for the neighboring houses. Helical piles were chosen as an alternate as they produce very little ground vibration and heavy equipment isn’t needed. #MH325BR #MAGNUMPIERING
Slope Stabilization

Slope stabilization was needed at this residence. 15 Magnum ® helical anchors were used to bind TECCO mesh this slope. The Anchors were installed to an average depth of 18 ft. Grass or other vegetation could then grow naturally hiding the mesh. #helicalpile #helicalanchor #magnumpiering

Settlement on an Elementary School because of poor soil about 10' below surface. We drove 74 Magnum push piers to 42'-54' to bedrock. The top 10' required us to push at roughly 6800 psi to be able to enter the poor soil area. #pushpiers #ramkit #designedtosupport #magnumpiering
