Thanks a lot
You are welcome!
As advise i would include more compromised running in the training program, more than half of and hyrox is about it but once you do your first one you will notice your flails and where to improve and reinforce
Thanks so much for the suggestion! You’re right, I need to work on that more. My gym setup isn’t ideal for Hyrox, with treadmills far from other stations, but I’ll do my best to incorporate more compromised running. Thanks again!
Huge tips!
Thank you Luis! Appreciate the support 💪
Can you do 10000calorie challenge and show your body before vs after eating
This would be a supper cool challenge! Will defintely do it in the future. Thanks for the suggestion :)
Lez get it dude! Good luck in Marseille.
Thank you bro!!
Odd, you’re under 80kg right ? Why are people calling you being non natty ? If one is lean , sub 15% bf , A lot of normal supplements can help , such as tongkat Ali , turkesterone etc He is looking jacked because of low bf , not because he is enormously tanked And for the programs maybe, 🤔 , personally would go for high volumes till close to failure , rest pause and holds at the end Till failure is the way to go , no way around it
Very good point! Yes, I’m around 5’10 and 171lbs (78kgs). Intensity is definitely more important than volume. Doing 5 sets of 10 reps without proper intensity-where the sets feel easy and lack purpose-is a waste of time compared to 2 sets of 6-8 reps performed with high intensity, reaching failure or very close to it.
I'm a student, in a few weeks ill call you :)
Sounds great! Best of luck with your studies-feel free to subscribe to stay connected, and I’ll look forward to our call ;)
Amazing physique dude! Keep going 🫡
Thank you brother! appreciate the feedback :)
I can tell you're a consultant. "Do strong lifts method" but with a lot of extra fluff
Ahaha fair enough! I like to add more context to make it beginner-friendly. But you’re right-at its core, it’s all about getting stronger with a bit more structure.
Always remember to tren hard, eat clen, anavar give up
good one, thats a classic! I’m all about training hard and focusing on sustainable progress for long-term results. 💪
You forgot to mention the obvious secret sauce. Those delt's aren't natty, and that physique isn't happening in 2 hours a week without a little pharmaceutical help.
Appreciate the comment! I get where you’re coming from-there’s a lot of skepticism out there nowadays. But I promise, it’s all natural, and consistency over 8+ years (not just weeks) has made a huge difference. Those 2 hours are just the efficient part of a much bigger picture!
Lol, those delts are normal, not huge.
@@maddskillz5177 Yeah for sure!

another tip, don’t squat with a smith machine
Fair enough :) To be honest, I have always squatted with a free barbell. However, recently I have been trying the Smith machine, and it feels much more stable and easier to focus on the movement without worrying so much about stability.
Thats exactly why you souldnt squat witg a smith machine. I dont wanna sound like a nerd or something but its just not optimal. Balance is a part of the squat that makes it nore optimal @@Lourenco.LopesX
