I tried to book appointment through cystercare website which was for consultation only worth rs 599/- it directed me to do payment first and money got deducted still i didnt get any call from them for appointment. Even i tried to reach on their number through google they didnt answer

Hello! I have a very basic but possibly complicated question. I have a client that brought ZOHO to me as I’ve worked with other CRM systems in the past and this is their preferred system they want to now move forward with. However, I’m not sure how the ownership or admin works if I set it up with my own email then transfer ownership like I have with other systems. Or, should I walk them through the setup process so that they’ll have to initially start with their own email address. My only worry is that they’ll have access to the system before everything is setup, I’m sure they’ll get email alerts about everything I trigger and test, etc. Any advice is much appreciated!

Set up the Bigin account using your email, customize everything for your customer, and then add them as a super admin. They can remove you from the account afterward. 2. Have the customer sign up directly on Bigin and then add you as a user with permission to customize. Hi, if Bigin handles my company domain emails, how does Bigin deal with emails that are not related to clients for example I have an admin@ email account for other things that are not related to any pipeline, they are usually of general business admin nature. Do you still access emails via gmail too? to see the inbox? or only get all emails from the Bigin interface? Thank you.

Glad I found this. The Bigin help docs tell you how to do it, but they don't actually tell you how to access it. I couldn't find it anywhere. Now I know to go to settings.

I can't see my Google calendar events in Bigin, is this possible? I linked Bigin with my Gmail but still the calendar events in Google are not viewable in Bigin.

Question: Why is it not possible to have more than one Stage Automation per stage with different criteria? My goal: based on a field of the ticket I want to send an email in language english or in an other language.
Hey, @SOT-we7ey , Stage Automation was introduced to create workflows in Kanban view in Team Pipeline. However, creating duplicate rules in Stage Automation is restricted for now. The "Deliverability" "+Domain" not longer exists. Where do I go to authenticate my email?

We have removed the additional step of addition by users, and to further simplify it, Bigin will now add all confirmed email domains to deliverability settings by default. We hope all the domains used by you and your users in the email organization are added to the list based on this help doc: help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/bigin/channels/email/articles/email-deliverability#Step_2_Validate_the_Domain If in case you aren't able to view, please reach out to support@bigin.com and we'd be happy to help!

Have been using the system for a couple of years now and I woudl very much lika a chrome extension for whatsapp. Sending the leads to begin has been a pain with it. It would be great to be able to edit and save info from WA contacts direct into bigin with a plugin.

Could you please add dependent sorting? This means: If I sort first column A and then column B, then column B will be sorted depending on A.

Zoho is a business solutions provider, and our most recent update allows you to link your phone number and WhatsApp Business account to Bigin (a small business CRM solution), after which you will be able to respond to messages received from your contacts via Bigin. And regarding the charges; each WhatsApp Business account gets 1,000 free service conversations each month. Once exhausted, you can either manually buy credits or opt for auto-recharge.
