5:30 that's why Vrabel is overrated as a coach at the moment, those 3 teams were the most garbage teams in the league while Vrabel was at Tennessee.

No other team is jealous of the worst roster in the NFL. Get Hoyer in cheap and loan Milton out if it's allowed to raise his stocks if he gets to play, if not he is still getting developed likely in another system which can't hurt him.

Honestly didn't understand when Tennessee fired Vrabel after two down seasons where they lost Henry and a host of other players beforehand. He was their scapegoat I guess. Also typically former players being head coaches don't tend to work out too well but he was one of the few exceptions.

I'll be unpopular but I'll state my case for why I say this. Trade Milton Why? 2 reasons. One, there are QB desperate people out there who-based on one game against third stringers who had no interest in doing anything except not getting hurt-would give you a fourth or possibly even a third for him. You don't get that next season if he never plays or gets in against starters and bombs. Strike now. The other reason is the over reactionary NE media who is always looking to muck up crap. Milton has some flashes in pre season it becomes "There's a QB battle" and maybe Milton should start, maybe we should trade Maye! This has happened before. For Pats fans who been around awhile you recall Michael Biship and Rohan Davies? Those guys should have replaced Bledsoe and Brady! Look at the kid two seasons ago, can't think of the name, he was a former WR converting to QB, ran for a TD in pre season and there were fools saying he should be starting a instead of Jones or Zappe, I don't even think he's in the league anymore. Maye had such a raw deal in his rookie year he doesn't need BS and pressure, He needs to focus on improving and success. Trade Milton and keep Brissette or find some cheap vet for a back up. Reality is Milton is a mobile version of Jeff George can throw a mile and threw a wall....if he could hit the wall.

I love Milton. What if Maye got the job just because he was drafted 3rd. Maye's great, and is going to be a beast in the league. What if we kept Milton and traded Maye to Tennessee, or Cleveland for a real haul? I think he can do everything Maye can. We could get Tennessee's/Clevland starting OLT, and their 25, 26 first round picks, 27-2nd round pick. Maybe more! The QB's in this (25) draft arent great as you know. We could end up with A. Carter, and M. Graham, or T Hunter in the first 4 picks! I know its a nutty move, but both Maye and Milton will be starting next season somewhere... Just a thought. Im trying to think Outside the box for fun. As i said Maye is a beast, but I'd put money on Milton being a stud too

Anyone who offers a top 10 pick let milton go. If we don't do well next year hey who is coming out we screwed up this year. We need to much to save a backup QB for a top 10 pick.

I wouldn’t send Joe Milton to an organization that will do him dirty and not develop him. The titans have been one of the worst organization at developing QBs. They drafted Malik Willis and never gave him a chance, he sat behind Ryan Tannahill for years until he got traded to the packers. once he started for injured Jordan love he won a couple of those games. The Titans are a lost cause. The same with the Giants. Maybe the Raiders or the browns. But I wouldn’t trade him until year two, at least develop him some more before throwing him to a hot fire organization. I just feel like the giants, titans, jets, and panthers are the worst organizations at developing young QBs. They just throw their young QB in the fire and expect him to be good. But after a year of a losing record season their development is hindered and so is their confidence.

I’d keep Milton. Honestly I don’t think anyone would offer more than a 5th or 6th round pick for him. No one would give up a first or a second. If someone offered a 3rd take it a fourth maybe but not a 5th or 6th. I could be wrong maybe the unthinkable would happen. I like Milton and if anything happened to Maye or he struggles in year two he would be a good guy to go to.

Didn’t Vrabel work with the offense with the browns Last year . Maybe Ben Mcadoo being an offensive mind working with defense, Vrabel might have gain insight having coaches working on the opposite side of the ball .
