After sanding my headlights, they do not look cloudy. What did i do wrong?
This stuff works great I use it on my vehicles well worth the money
This stuff works great, I used it on my 03 Grand Cherokee. I had tried using Off and it pitted the lenses. It says right on the box not to sand or wipe in a circular motion. You didn't read the directions.
You should put tape around headlight to avoid scratches while sanding..
Where can I buy this?
it still looks like garbage
Not fan rather just wet sand w reg sand paper
How much they pay you to say that it's all abt money now a dayz
Absolutely nothing, tried the kit and it worked well, didn’t see many videos going straight to the point with the kit, so I did one. With only 1k subs I don’t think Cerakote would have contacted me to advertise unfortunately. 👍🏻
Next time used brake fluid it comes out right away
I bought this crap and the freakin coating dried up! Tf????😡🤬
Hard to take you seriously, if you don't know that the '$' goes in front of the number.
Bro headlights are now clear. Time to get the bumper fixed from the sanding.
😂😂 thought I could work around it, but definitely should have put tape there. Good thing it’s a car of someone I know, the person wasn’t mad,I just polished it and it came out great 👍🏻
The waste of money&time i promise you it don't work this is only for views to get paid for doing this video!!!
Why not tape around the edges or bag the outer side of the headlight in case of scratching the outer part of it?
Just tried them on my 20yr old car I was impressed.
A lot of old cars that look beat up and dated just need a little TLC and elbow grease to make them look shining like it's brand new again.
I want one
Why did the green tape change position when the camera switched
It fell when I washed the headlight so I had to put some more.. didn’t film it as it’s just about the idea of putting tape to protect the paint from the sanding block 👍🏻
I just did headlights on my 16 year old Mazda. This Headlight Restoration Kit… HERE! Really Works! It only took me 35 minutes.
“Only” 35 minutes
@@angelthehomie7363 Yep, I’m impressed with the results. My car’s headlight lenses were really yellow. Now they look like new!😁👍🏽
Great to hear! I’ve had great experiences as well, and like you said, for 35 minutes, it’s really worth it 👍🏻 they’re going to stay clear for a while
@@angelthehomie7363well considering a shop will charge you 300+ and there are 1440 minutes in a day, I think “only” is a good word here
@@angelthehomie7363if you’re lazy just say that
I just did my 05 frontier headlights and they turned out awesome
Great to hear 👍🏻 I’ve had great experiences as well with the kit
Not supposed to wipe in a circular motion
For the oxydation wipes, actually yes it is in circular motion as stated on the Cerakote instructions, for the coating wipes, wipe in lines
This method is terrible, you will be back to the drawing board in six months. Pay the money, do it properly.
I think that for someone who doesn’t want to put a lot of money it’s a great choice, I did headlight with pretty much the same kit more than 2 years ago (turtle wax kit that is even cheaper) and the headlight are still as clear as when I did them, it may not be permanent, but it does work for cheap, and it’s really fast/easy to do
I've used Cerakote on 3 vehicles so far and it's saved me so much. The headlights in my jeep are $1000 a piece it's saved me a ton of money
Yes it’s great! People say it doesn’t last, but I did headlights with a 15$ turtle wax kit more than 2 years ago and they still look brand new! A good choice for cheap and fast/easy work
1000 for a headlight is depressing af
@nobody22357 Oh, I agree. They are that expensive because they are projectors with auto leveling.
I like the look of the little ducky that holds the sanding disks so that you don't have to use a powered drill.
Yes, for people who don’t have all the tools at home I think this kit pretty much as everything you need to work easily, for the price and the results, I would recommend this kit
Very cool! About how long did it take you to perform all of these tasks?
Considering I had to film everything which does take quite a bit of time, I would say I would have done this job in about 8 hours 👍🏻 with filming and setting up everything, it took about 10 hours
quand un vidéos en Français?
Jesus loves you ask Him to forgive you and He will
The brake rotors always hard to get to with the wheels on
What store is this???
This is a Canadian Tire, if you have the time and patience to shop online and get your products delivered, that’s what I recommend, you have more variety, better products and for wayyy cheaper 👍🏻
Lovely video.. Thanks for showing us your process of detailing this vehicle...
Thank you 💯👍🏻
You really should have taped that off. You scratched the fuck out of that bumper 😬
Yeahh haha I know, realized that afterwards, thought I could work through it without the tape, seems like I was wrong. 😂 It was my mom’s car so she didn’t care at all, just polished it after and it came out better than before 👌🏻
levigatura dalla P280 alla P2000 e polimero for ever 👍
Does it still look clear after a car wash?
Yes, this is supposed to stay clear for a minimum of 200 washes so it goes a long way
@@FanNETiqueAutoSolutions I would give it several days after the clear coat/Protectant is applied to cure before subjecting to a wash.
@@davidpowell3347 yes, I haven’t seen a specific time to wait but as with most coatings, I would wait at least 7-14 days before washing. 👍🏻
Great video, you should be proud of your accomplishments and how well you are doing!
Thank you! And yes I’m grateful and happy about the growth made in the last few months, excited to see how far I can get this to 👌🏻💯

Thank you I appreciate your support! 😀
Finally a video straight to the point and no bull$hit talking. 👏👍
Glad you enjoyed! Do you think a long form video where I explain step by step and what it does exactly could be interesting or just this short video with no explanation does the job just fine?
@@FanNETiqueAutoSolutions This does the job for me.
@@FanNETiqueAutoSolutionsThis one was great and to the point. However there are those of us that enjoy the longer, in detail videos. The reason I personally think a longer vid would benefit is because if you read some of the reviews there are some that claim they spent all afternoon doing both headlights and the box or claims from Cerakote claim 30 minutes or less. Even if that claim was per headlight, that’s a lot less time than an entire afternoon.
