Rock crawling isn't just for buggies and bouncers. We are proof that you don't need LS motors, coilovers, and 42" tires to have fun doing gnarly stuff (although we love that stuff, too)! Join us on a new adventure every week - be sure to subscribe so you don't miss out on the action!
About Us: We are Brandon and Jana. We met in the middle of nowhere Kansas in early 2023 at an off road event (shocking, right?) as we were both transitioning from one phase of life to another. The bond was instant and undeniable and despite several hundred miles between us, and a few detours, we jumped in with both feet and the idea of living the second half of life with a Full Send mentality was born! Choose your line and commit!

Hey we all have to learn at some time lol but we all do remember that, keep up the videos you all owed it and that is just as important if not more than being right all the time lol just don't let it happen again 🤨 lol kidding
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Surprises, conflict & resolution, spooky scenes, beautiful scenes… it’s got everything. If getting down… I mean if eating cookies in a yurt is on your bucket list, make it happen, sister.
Great video. Thanks for sharing.
The landscape looks beautiful. Have fun!
So cool!
❤❤❤ Keeps getting better and better!!
2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport JLU on 37s. Off roading in Arizona and now out in Kentucky. No issues.
Why are you guys pushing it so hard if repairs are tight? I don't do any rock climbing, so forgive my ignorance. It is mainly clay and mud around here. While I would love to go to some 37's, it just doesn't seem reasonable to go over 35's.
It really is just to seem if we can. 🤣😅🤷🏻♀️ we know the likely things to break and independently, they’re not terribly expensive so we’ve saved enough to pay the price when it does.
I was in Vernal earlier this year, and a friend slowly crawled down a steeper hill while making a turn with all of her weight on the single front axle and the snap was so loud!! Sooner or later, you'll definitely break, even if you it easy on 37's. She was on 35's, and she wheels light. I would say it took 4 years to break though, but it did sour the rest of her day 😏
... OMG !! ... The pics of this woman at the start scares the hell out of me ,, I think I'll just wait here ...lol ..San Juans are beautiful !! The camera doesn't do it justice !! .... Looked like a good time ..
The camera does do it justice. Absolutely beautiful. 😮
I miss you two! ❤ Got my EFS fix tonight.
We miss you too!!! ❤️❤️❤️
When I looked up gear sets for my D30, the one gear manufacturer stated that the gear set was not guaranteed with tires bigger than 33". Since then, I have seen 1 Jeep that ran 37s on a 30, but that guy doesn't really go off road, so I am still curious if those tires on that axle will really break gears under modestly aggressive driving. When I looked up the same gear set for my D44, there was no tire size limit listed.
We blew up a set of gears shortly after we switched them out. 😅 That being said, I also really got in it and I bounced it, which we know is a killer. I don’t think it was the tires as much as that. Since then, we’ve done some wheeling and have been intentional with the gas pedal, and it’s all good…so far. 😊
Love seeing you guys so happy!!! Keep up the vlogs!
You guys keep it interesting! So glad you are all ok. And Lucy is a STAR!!!
It just seems to find us! 🤣🤣 and I won’t be telling Lucy she’s the real star. Her head is big enough as it is! 🥰
Just stumbled on to your channel! Really enjoyed your video... but I have to say that I'll try really hard to put on a surprised face...37"s with a dana 30 is a ticking time bomb...we made it over a year on 35"s with a V8, but we wheeled very carefully. Hope to see you out on the trail
Hi Jana!!
Hiiiiii! 😍
37s on my 30 front ball joints are your concern I did truss mine and I absolutely beat the shit out of it
Trussing definitely is on the list!
@@Expedition-FullSend it will help I did put hd ball joints in mine and it gets wheeled so hard I exploded the rear 44 diff new arb sitting in the e garage now waiting on me
@derekdean2614 haha nice!! #sendit
I miss you guys very much! I’m so happy for you💜
We miss you too but you know you are always welcome!! And we’ll be back to visit soon, don’t worry!

So exciting!!! 🎉

Oh, just wait for the next video 🤣🤣
I love all of this!!!
Hey cuz
Heyyyyy!
Running 37's on our 07 jk, 3.21 factory gears, no trusses. It is a manual so at 65 you run 4th gear, no sweat. My wife's daily.
where was
Hey can u guys help me I’m a total newbie so I have the 2018 Sahara jku. It’s got 35 inch tires and I don’t really wanna go higher until way later and so I got Dana 44 in rear and I think it’s 30 in front. And I was thinking of strengthening the front axel would that be good for 35s for off roading??
Consider looking at changing the gear raito with the bigger tires. This helped us the most.
Got stock Sahara on 33s, I think this is enough for most offroading
Dana 35s are a lot stronger than what they used to be. I have been running 37s for years on a Dana 30 and 35 and off road it pretty hard. But I know how to drive where a lot of people don't understand what breaks an axle. If you control the wheel spin and don't bounce it you will be just fine.
😂😂 ok I have to admit this is my first video I have watched! I have to say I am now addicted watchin my cousin F stuff up! 😂 no seriously loved the video! Wish I was there in person but this will have to do for now! I’m so proud of where you are in life Jana! Keep livin it up! ** YOU CAN DOOO ITTTT** ( if you know you know) 😂 love you! Catch ya on the flip side hopefully sometime soon!
The D44 is now called a M220 & the D30 is now called a M200. It is still unclear to me if there is a physical difference, or if it was just a name change. Depending on if you get a manual transmission or an automatic, the rear axle on the sport changes. The automatic gets a D35/M210. The manual gets a D44/M220. They both still get the same small D30/M186 up front. When I looked up gear sets for inside the axles, the manufacturer of the gear set for the D30 indicated that 33" tires were the max for their gears. The Willy's, Rubicon, etc get good axles front & rear, as well as different gear ratios. If you have your VIN number, you can look up the build sheet for your specific Wrangler & find out which axles it had from the factory & often also the gear ratios inside the diffs.
Willets get the m220 rear, we have one
You guys keep doing you. Great videos. Keep them coming
I ran 37’s on a Dana 30 for 10 years. Changed the axle shafts and gears to 4.56. Did most of the trails in central California including the rubicon. Never had a problem with the Dana 30. Don’t try to bunny hop rocks and you will be fine
Dana 44's aren't rated for more than 35's...so yes, those sport axles will eventually break. So long as you are okay with that, you do you.
Now that the side and spider gears are already trashed, you guys should throw in a lunchbox locker and see what breaks next.... For science! I've always thought those lockers have to be way stronger than the stock side/spider gears.
We love science! 🤓👩🏫🧑🏫 We actually thought about that, and got close, but after talking it through with our offroad shop, he advised they are not great if the vehicle is a daily driver. We’re not rich so here we are, going back with the same gears again to see how long that’ll last!
If you go with a Teraflex full float kit on dana 44's you will end up with 44 / 60 axles. Dana 60 outers. 4.88 gears should be your max. Because anything lower you end up with a pinion gear the size of a peanut. You don't want that. Ypur pinion gear will fail eventually. This is a copy of what us old ti.ers did back in the day with Ford 9 inch and 60 outers. A JK 44 has an 8.8 inch ring gear just a smidgen less then a 9 inch. It works.
Take it to travs auto lab best in Oklahoma tell him mark sent you
Let’s gooooo!
I see some jeeps I recognize in the video. Hope it's any easy fix to get the jeep back up and running.
Thank you! Yes, we had her back and going before the next weekend. I did a little wheeling in AR with my girlfriends a few weekends back (not for content, just pleasure this time), and it all seemed fine. We'll know for sure in a couple weeks when we go to SMORR for the Great American Crawl sponsored by Rockstar and Mickey Thompson. I know you're moving, but you should try to go if you can squeeze it in!
@Expedition-FullSend I saw some pics of yalls Arkansas trip looked like fun! we are trying to make it to SMORR GAC 😅 also trying to buy a house now and between our move in August and that will be the deciding factor if we can make it or not.
😅 Good thing you guys are handy!! Fixed her right up!
What exhaust is she running on her jeep? Sounds pretty good
We're running the Red Rock Cat Back Exhaust system. We love it!
I been running 37’s with d30 for over a year now, I did change the gears to 4.88. So far is good. My 37 are actually lighter than the 35’s I had. Only time will tell! 😎
That's the same for us, regarding the weight. Is it more of a mass issue? I guess we'll see! LOL
Do the 4.88’s do well with 37’s or you think 5.13’s would work better?
@@ColoradohighboyI guess it all depends on where you ride the most. Is my daily n trails in FL aren’t hard so 4:88 works fine for me.
How many miles per gallon?
I went from about 12 to 16 to as much as 19 on the highway at 70 for long trips. Gear ratio is finally well matched to the tires.
He needs a front locker
Congrats on the RV and tow rig. That's one of my goals after I get out of the military in a few years. Get a RV amd travel and wheel.
Nice!! We haven't been able to do much yet due to school, but we already have zero regrets.
@Expedition-FullSend super cool tho. Excited to see yalls future videos traveling and updates on the RV life.
we need more vids like this
On it!
What's the name of your pedel extension for this shorty lol? Great video

Thats definitely a D44.
Didnt they only use the d35 in the first year of the JKs?
Yes, after catching our mistake, we learned that you are correct. I had originally been told it was a D35 by someone who owned a JL. Turns out, that only applies to JLs. I just assumed it was the case for JKs too without taking the time to confirm. I bet I won't do that again! HAHA
I'm new to jeeps and just bought my first Wrangler. So you went to 37" tires and are getting 4mpg better than the 35's???? How's that possible
Hi there! We have 5:13 gears in this Wrangler. That killed the MPGs when we were running 35s. When we went to 37s it brought the ratio down which brought the RPMs down which then brought the MPGs up. With 35s the RPMs ran about 3300 at highway speeds but going to 37s brought that down to around 2700. That's a HUGE difference in effort hence the increase. Does that make sense?
That was awesome guys
Thanks!
