Meet a Waterschool-USA Partner: YouthBuild at Lewis and Clark Community College
Partnerships are a key component of the Swarovski Foundation Waterschool program at The National Great Rivers Research and Education Center. This short film highlights the partnership between YouthBuild and Waterschool-USA. The Waterschool program is a global water education program in 8 countries that supports the Swarovski Foundation’s mission to promote sustainable livelihoods through education to reduce inequality by supporting initiatives that focus on Equity, Water, and Creativity and works to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals including SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation , and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

    Interesting that you ask about dams far upstream, but not upstream culverts. Ours goes under a road about half mile upstream so has a culvert. Is it because a dam blocks but a culvert only narrows flow?
