Tarkov has a setting already setting for this it’s called res scale 100 is native 200 is x2 native. Barely started playing but Ik what that setting does. Hard not to.

I wasn't able to change a lot of my Windows settings because I could not find where to go, the Process Lasso and in-game settings worked and I haven't noticed stutter yet. Also the color settings look great, W video....
