@@logofwood6461 I am very sensitive regarding terms of law. Inquired by police is not equal to sentence to jail. Anyone can be inquired by police and spend few days in police station. In his case, he even didn't stay in police station because the whole case was happened half year ago. He was not caught at the scene.
